On October 30, 2018, Sania Mirza and her cricketer husband, Shoaib Malik had become proud parents to a little munchkin. The star couple had decided to add both their surnames to their son's name and had lovingly named him Izhaan Mirza Malik. Sania and Shoaib’s cute little cotton ball is a delight to watch and has always made us awestruck with his cuteness. Sania, who had taken a break from the field to bring her little wonder into this world, often updates her fans with cutesy pictures of her tiny tot.
On August 7, 2020, Sania Mirza took to her IG stories and shared a cute picture of her sonshine, Izhaan Mirza Malik. Izhaan looked cute in a blue t-shirt, black shorts and a cap. Sania shared a similar picture on Izhaan’s official IG handle with the caption, “Finding and chasing dreams.” In both the pictures, Izhaan looked happy as he switched on his play mode and was seen playing with balls.
A few months ago, the adorable mommy had posted a picture of one of her son's gimmicks. The little boy, Izhaan had decided to try his hands at painting. In the picture, we could see little Izhaan looking adorable as he had posed for the camera with paint all over his body. The post was captioned as "So I decided to be Picasso today. In an interview with Pinkvilla, Sania had talked about embracing motherhood and had stated, “A lot has changed after becoming a mother, your life changes, I think the whole focus becomes about the baby and prioritising the baby. Me as a working woman, I obviously want to get back to tennis, so I am trying to prioritise my time. It is the most selfless kind of love I have ever known, and it is the most amazing feeling I have ever had. My life has completely changed for the better. Ya, Shoaib is also playing quite a lot and is travelling so he does help whenever he can."
On January 14, 2020, Sania had returned to the tennis court after a gap of 2.5 years. It was a special moment for Sania as her parents and her son, Izhaan had come to cheer her up and were her good luck charms. She had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared two pictures. In one of the pictures, she was seen giving a high-five to her son, Izhaan. Along with the pictures, she had written, “Today was one of the most special days of my life... to have my parents and my little baby boy supporting me in my first match after a little less than 2 and a half years... and to top it off we even WON our first round with my partner @nadiakichenok feel very grateful and thankful for all the msgs, support and love I am receiving. BELIEF!! Takes you places. YES, my baby boy, we did it @izhaan.mirzamalik. Allhamdulillah for everything.”
Izhaan Mirza Malik is one of the most loved star babies and his mommy, Sania Mirza surely knows that. In an interview with the Bombay Times, she had shared, “Yes, he’s very adored! Obviously, being a child of two people who are public figures, you get a lot of love. I receive a lot of comments about my son.
