It was on November 22, 2020, when Sana had shared pictures from her wedding day and had left every jaw drop. She had posted a lovely picture with her hubby on her Instagram handle. Alongside it, she had written, "Love each other for the sake of Allah. Married each other for the sake of Allah. May Allah keep us united in this Duniya. And reunite us in jannah. Fabi ayyi ala-e rabbekumaa tokazzebaan. Which of the favours of your lord will u deny."
On January 24, 2021, Sana took to her Instagram handle and shared a video. The gorgeous starlet revealed that her husband, Anas and her mother think that she has gained weight. In the video, Sana said, "I also have to start working out because I feel I have put on weight. My husband also feels the same and also my mother. So, my mother feels that both my cheeks look like Gulab Jamun and I have become golu, molu, polu. And she keeps teasing me when I video call her, when I am not here. And it is quite a serious matter. Because mothers are the ones who never feel that their kids have come fat. But if my mother is feeling like that, then I have to take some action." Alongside it, she wrote, "Kuch toh karna padega. On December 20, 2020, Sana had completed a month of her 'missus' life. She had posted an unseen video from her 'qubool hai' day. Along with it, she had written, "Last month this day I said 'Qubool hai'. It’s one month today Alhamdullilah bas aise he haste haste puri zindagi nikal jaye. In an interview with The Times of India, Sana had shared the details of meeting her hubby, Mufit Anas. She had said, "We first met in 2017 in Mecca. It was a brief meeting on the day I was returning to India. Anas was introduced to me as an Islamic scholar. I would like to clarify that he is an Alim, and not a Mufti. I contacted him towards the end of 2018, as I had some questions about religion. Then, after more than a year, we reconnected in 2020. I was always inclined towards learning more about Islam."
Sana had further opened up on her decision of getting married and had said, "Getting married to Anas wasn’t an overnight decision. I have prayed for years for a man like him in my life. What I liked best about him is that he is shareef and unn mein haya hai. He is not judgmental. He had said this to me, ‘Agar koi achhi cheez gutter mein gir gayi hai to uske upar aap 10 baalti bhi paani daal do, woh saaf nahi hoti hai. Par aap usko gutter se baahar nikaal kar ek glass paani daal do, woh saaf ho jaati hai’. That had a lasting impact on me."
