Bollywood actress and second-time mommy, Sameera Reddy is the perfect example of this. Sameera Reddy and her biker husband, Akashi Varde's world became more beautiful when they got blessed with their second child on July 12, 2019. And their four-year-old boy was promoted to the role of bhaiya. The actress has been sharing every detail of her second pregnancy with her fans without any filters.
On August 29, 2019, Sameera took to her Instagram handle and posted a monochrome picture with her daughter, Nyra. Along with it, she wrote, "I don’t have a single nice pic of Hans when he was born because I had postpartum anxiety at the time. This time I’m celebrating every second I can and got some great pics of my Hansie too #nyravarde." Checkout the picture below:

In one of her Instagram posts, Sameera had shared how blessed she feels to become a mother to a baby girl. She had written a long note, which could be read as “This little girl gave me the strength of wild horses. She wanted me to find myself again. She knew I was lost, and she showed me the way. I found a voice in celebrating motherhood, wanting change on body perception and the best part was reaching out to people to just feel good about themselves. I’m so happy that people felt so connected and supported me to get here! We prayed for a #babygirl and we are #blessed!" In another Instagram post, Sameera had opened up about her weight loss journey after her first pregnancy. Her post could be read as, "I touched 102 Kgs in May 2015, the month Hans was born and I'm not scared to admit it. It took me to the deepest darkest places in my head. My confidence shattered. And I couldn't lose the weight for a year after because I was too scared to even step out. I disappeared because I didn't have the strength to be judged by the world after all the years of being glam and fit on screen. But the beautiful part is that you can only hit your lowest low to know you can absolutely climb out of that hole. It's a fight. A hard one."
