Apart from being an actress, Sameera Reddy is a hands-on mommy to her two wonderful kids, Hans and Nyra. For the unversed, the actress had tied the knot with the man of her dreams, Akshai Varde, in 2014. Sameera often shares pictures and videos of her kids and shares body positivity posts.

A few hours ago, Sameera took to her IG handle and shared a throwback picture from her second pregnancy phase. In the photo, Sameera can be seen with her son, Hans at the beach, caressing her baby bump. Sharing the picture, the actress penned a long note and talked about her thoughts on having another baby and how her husband and in-laws supported her throughout the journey. She wrote:
"I questioned myself so many times if I should have a second baby . I was a complete wreck after my first born . PPD hit me like a brick . I lost control of my body and my self worth. And it took a toll on my marriage because I had no clue how to handle it . I had a rock of husband, amazing in laws and my family that never let my hand go thru it all and that really helped."
She further continued in her caption that many women had asked her how she knew that she wanted another child. She even mentioned that her daughter, Nyra had made her feel fearless and that she knew she could handle everything. An excerpt of Sameera's note can be read as:
"So many women ask me how I knew I wanted another child . Honestly everyone's journey is different and it's hard to pin down what makes you sure . But I will tell you that the only thing i knew is that this lil girl , my Nyra , showed me how fearless I am and I knew it was my decision and I could handle it . Because those sleepless nights , the body changes and the adjustment to the first born is not easy .. but it's not difficult either . So many factors . Financial , emotional or just plain support that can make it the right or wrong decision."

She concluded her post by saying that every woman is strong than what they think of themselves. And it should be a woman's choice to get married or stay single, to have one child or don't want to be a mom. She added that one should always trust their instinct.
On August 5, 2021, Sameera had taken to her IG handle and had shared a beautiful throwback video featuring her kids. In the video, Sameera’s elder son, Hans was cutely holding his little sister, Nyra. Along with the video, she had also penned a heartfelt note that could be read as:
"I will hold her hand & never let it go mama Jab they met Hans & Nyra I wanted to share one of the most important moments of my life. Introducing my son to his lil."
