We all know that south star Nagarjuna’s elder son, actor Naga Chaitanya recently entered the doubles club along with his lady-love, actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu. It was a destination wedding in Goa.

Naga Chaitanya and Samantha Ruth Prabhu met on the sets of their first film and fell in love. After dating each other for many years, the couple got engaged in an intimate ceremony in Hyderabad. The couple tied the nuptial knot on October 6, 2017, in Goa and their celebration ended on October 9. Check their wedding story here.

Another interesting thing that Samantha did on her destination beach wedding was that she wore Chaitanya's grandmom's saree for her Hindu marriage, while the rest of the two outfits were designed by her dear friend Kresha Bajaj.
When asked about the uniqueness of her friend's designing, this is what she said:
"I have given Kresha complete freedom and I'm not planning to go bridezilla on her. I trust her and know she will make me look my best."
She further added:
"But I do know that for the South Indian ceremony I will be wearing the saree of my fiancee's grandmother, D Rajeshwari. I wanted the outfit to be an ode to her. It will be worn with gold ornaments, including a custom-made waistband and armbands. For the Christian wedding, I've left it to Kresha, who gave me a fairytale lehenga for my engagement. It captured my love story."

For the Hindu wedding, Samantha's vintage saree which belongs to Naga Chaitanya’s grandmom was a South Indian woven saree which was paired with traditional wedding jewellery that included bangles, waistband and various necklaces in gold and kundan.
In her Catholic wedding, she looked no less than a fairytale beauty in her white gown. It was followed by a Hindu wedding and then was the wedding reception.

Further, they went ahead for their mini- honeymoon break to London right after their wedding.
When asked about their honeymoon plan, she said:
"We will fly out of the country for Christmas and New Year's Eve...We don't have time now."
