Today, we got our hands on an unseen picture of Samantha with her big brother, Joseph Prabhu as the duo reunited. On the personal front, Samantha Ruth Prabhu had tied the marital knot with actor, Naga Chaitanya in an intimate wedding in 2017. However, things did not go well between the two, and they had parted ways with mutual consent in 2021.

A few hours ago, Samantha Ruth Prabhu surprised her fans by dropping a happy picture with her big brother, Joseph Prabhu on her IG story. After all, it’s not every day that we get to see photos of the Makhi actress’ family. The picture showed Samantha posing with a big smile for a selfie with her loving brother, Joseph. Samantha’s happiness is clearly visible in her sparkling eyes and glowing face. The priceless picture spoke volumes about the sibling bond that they share. Atop the picture, Samantha wrote:
“Missed you big brother.”
On March 15, 2021, Samantha had taken to her IG handle to host a fun and interesting Q and A session with her fans. During the same game, the gorgeousness had ended up sharing a hilarious childhood story. Samantha had revealed that she was once thrown into a drain by her brothers, Jonathan and David when they all were little munchkins. For the unversed, the Majili actress belongs to Pallavaram in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and she is the youngest and most loved child among her two elder brothers, Joseph and David.

After tying the knot with Naga Chaitanya back in 2017, rumours were rife that Samantha’s parents were not happy with their relationship. However, she had rubbished the rumours. She had also mentioned that her parents, Ninette Prabhu and Joseph Prabhu, lead a 'very simple' life, and they did not even know that their daughter, Samantha is a leading actress in South cinema. In her words:
“My parents knew that Naga Chaitanya is my best friend. They are quite comfortable that I am marrying my best friend and becoming the daughter-in-law of the great Akkinenis. My parents lead a very simple life and they don't even watch films. It may be a surprise, but my parents are not aware that I am a big actress in South Indian cinema."
On the professional front, Samantha will be next seen in the upcoming Tamil film, Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal opposite Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara.
