It was on May 12, 2020, when Rana Daggubati had confirmed that he's taken and had introduced his soon-to-be 'better'-half, Miheeka Bajaj, giving a pleasant surprise to his fans. Posting a loved-up picture with Miheeka, Rana had announced that he’s taken and had broken millions of hearts with his caption, "And she said 'yes' #MiheekaBajaj”. Soon, his post flooded with congratulatory messages and wishes for the couple. But the first one to comment on the picture was his BFF, Samantha Akkineni. Expressing her excitement, Samantha had commented, "Dead. died" followed by a heart emoji.
Rana Daggubati is all set to tie the knot with his fiancée, Miheeka Bajaj and ahead of the wedding rituals, the elated groom posted a picture with his father, Suresh Babu Daggubati and uncle, Daggubati Venkatesh. Rana proved to be a chilled-out groom in a beige kurta and golden printed mundu as he posed with his shades on and a victory hand-sign. Rana captioned it, "Ready". On August 6, 2020, Rana Daggubati and Miheeka Bajaj had their haldi and mehendi ceremonies. For the haldi ritual, Miheeka had opted for a Boho look and had picked a traditional yellow lehenga which she had paired with jewellery made of shells. Rana had complemented her in a traditional white shirt and dhoti. Rana and Miheeka's haldi pictures reflected nothing but happiness. For the mehendi ceremony, Miheeka had stunned in a pink lehenga and she had rounded off her look with a beaded maang teeka, big jhumkas, pink lips and open wavy hair.
In an interview with iFlickz, Rana Daggubati had once addressed his close relationship with his first cousin, Naga Chaitanya. Recalling childhood memories with him, Rana had said, “From childhood, I’ve been surrounded by my own siblings and cousins, a total of eight of us. Cousins are usually your first best friends and it’s been the same with Naga Chaitanya and myself. I’m the eldest cousin and he’s two years younger, so we’ve grown up together. We’ve confided in each other, we’ve shared secrets and learnt a lot from each other. My sister Malavika, brother Abiram and Naga Chaitanya, along with my uncle Venkatesh’s children, would all go on family vacations together. My sister is now married and has a baby. Slowly other cousins will get married as well. But our relationship with each other will not change. Even today I make it a point to have dinner with Naga Chaitanya a few times a week when we are in town together. We are growing up but not growing apart."
