After hitting the headlines for the longest time due to their rumoured relationship, followed by a drastic breakup, Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai have already moved on in their lives. However, netizens don't stop talking about the same. Time and again, old clips of the duo allegedly talking about the same in various interviews surface online. Once again, a fan page of Salman shared a small clip of him from one of his candid confessions on Koffee With Karan, and netizens claimed that he was pointing towards Aishwarya.
Salman Khan graced one of the episodes of Koffee With Karan season 4, and made some of the weirdest confessions about himself and his personal relationships. One of the segments of his conversation with the show host, Karan Johar was reshared by one of his fan pages. In the video, Salman was heard revealing the honest reason behind minding his own business and staying away from his ex-girlfriend.

He was heard mentioning that since both the actor and his ex-girlfriend have moved on in their respective lives, he doesn't want to be part of any rift between the latter and her boyfriend or husband. He clearly stated his past with his ex-girlfriend should not haunt her present and future, and thus, he stays away from her. He also mentioned the reason for not maintaining a friendship with his ex-flame. In Salman's words:
"Now you are somewhere else, and you have your own life. I don't want, you know, somewhere in somebody else's mind that thought to come in that I was the ex-boyfriend. I don't want that. I don't want anything from her past to come into their lives, and that is why I stay miles away. I don't want to be the cause of the rift between their married lives because of me or my friendship."
As soon as Salman Khan's video was posted online, netizens claimed he was talking about Aishwarya Rai since she is his only ex, with whom he is not on speaking terms. At the same time, he can be seen maintaining a good friendship with his other rumoured ex-girlfriends, including Katrina Kaif and Sangeeta Bijlani, among others. One user commented, "He's talking abt Aishwarya." Another user mentioned, "Phir bhi aishwarya ne badnam kiya fokat me Bhai ko and marpit wala insaan bola."
