Bollywood actor, Salman Khan is known for being the king of romance in real life. He is currently the most eligible bachelor in Tinseltown, courtesy of his dapper looks and down-to-earth nature. While the actor has a successful professional front, his love life has been quite tumultuous. From his unfinished love saga with Aishwarya Rai to almost getting married to Sangeeta Bijlani, he has had a filmy love life so far.
However, not many know about Salman Khan’s first love, which has a connection to Kiara Advani. Yes, you read that right! Kiara, during her appearance on Voot’s Feet Up With The Stars Season 2, talked about the same and revealed the special connection she has with Salman. Sharing that her mom, Genevieve Advani and Salman Khan were childhood buddies, she said:
“My mom knew Salman sir as they grew up together in Bandra. He would often tell my mother Genevieve Advani, how one day he would be a star. They have been friends for the longest time and would go cycling together.”

During the same episode, Kiara Advani made another interesting revelation and shared that her aunt, Shaheen was Salman Khan's first love. Sharing the details, Kiara revealed that it was her mom, Genevieve Advani, who introduced Salman to his first-ever girlfriend, Shaheen. Kiara added:
“She introduced my mausi Shaheen to him and Salman sir and Shaheen mausi dated each other long back. It may have possibly been their first relationship.”

For the unversed, Salman Khan and Shaheen dated each other way before he became a star in Bollywood. If reports are to be believed, it was rumoured that they almost got married back in the 1980s, but parted ways. Once in an old interview, Shaheen’s stepmother, Bharati Jaffrey, shed some light on Salman and Shaheen's relationship and revealed that they treated the actor as a part of their family. In her words:
“We’d treat Salman like family, often ordering him to get us our morning loaf of bread from the nearby bakery. And Salman’s family also treated Shaheen like one of their own. It was taken for granted that they’d get married some day.”
Furthermore, rumours suggested that it was Salman's growing closeness with the then-newly-crowned Miss India, Sangeeta Bijlani, that lead to some differences between Salman and Shaheen. Finally, they broke up after the actor started showing interest in Sangeeta, while Shaheen was left heartbroken for a while. However, Shaheen eventually moved on and started working with an airline. Then, she met a businessman, Vikram Aggarwal, on a flight, the two fell in love and tied the knot in 1994. Fast forward to today, they are happily married and are parents to two beautiful children.
While Salman Khan has given some of the most memorable love stories on-screen, his fans are hoping that one day he would find his forever love.
