On October 16, 2022, Kareena Kapoor Khan and her darling husband, Saif Ali Khan completed 10 years of their marital lives. Taking to her IG handle, she shared two love-filled pictures of the duo, wherein they were seen cosily posing with each other and radiating pure happiness. Along with it, the loving wife called her husband 'handsome' and had written:
"Me and you. you and me. to eternity we go… Happy 10 Handsome Man."

In an interview with the Times of India, Saif Ali Khan appreciated his loving wife, Kareena Kapoor Khan for the way she balances out her life and priorities. He mentioned that Kareena usually manages his entire schedule, and he feels lucky and blessed for being with her for more than a decade. He said:
“She has taught me a lot about time management and organizing family holidays; when to go to our ancestral town Pataudi, when to go to London, when to just stay home and make pizzas… It’s been a great ten years and I feel very lucky and blessed."
Further, in the same conversation, Saif was asked about the secret formula for a successful marriage. To this, the actor wittily answered that he and his wife give each other space and know how to balance work and personal life. Talking about the same, he shared:
"I don’t know anything about a secret formula. But I know what is great about my relationship with Kareena is that there is a great deal of space to do our own things. We give a lot of weightage to our individual interests. I’ve made her a book reader. She has made me more gregarious. Our jobs, creative as they are, keep us healthily occupied so that when we find time to be together, we cherish and celebrate our togetherness. That balance between being together and giving each other the space… it’s a bit tricky. But it’s all good when you have two like-minded people, like us. We give equal importance to doing films and making pizzas at home. I think it’s a healthy balance of work, family friends and together-time. Leading a balanced life comes as naturally to Kareena as me."

Earlier, on August 29, 2022, Kareena Kapoor Khan had taken to her IG handle and shared a drool-worthy video of her morning sports session with her hubby, Saif Ali Khan. In the video, the duo was seen giving tough competition to each other while playing badminton in the beautiful garden of the Pataudi palace. The glimpses spoke volumes about the duo's love-filled relationship even after so many years of marriage. Alongside it, Kareena had written:
