Being a bride is the most beautiful thing, and walking under the phoolon ki chaddar, is every women's dream. They are many women, who have been planning every teeny-tiny detail of their wedding since they were little girls. The moment a couple's wedding date gets fixed, it is the bride-to-be, who starts preparing for her big day with a long checklist in hand.
Over the years, wedding planning has changed drastically as a bride and a groom don't want to settle for less. All thanks to the Bollywood films and celebrity weddings as they have inspired the couples to plan their wedding in an extravagant manner. And our bride of the week recreated the quintessential Indian princess, Jodhaa's look from the folktale of Jodhaa-Akbar.
Meet our bride of the week, Sonal Sharma, who is a doctor by profession. The gorgeousness had gotten married to the man of her dreams, Gaurav Ahuja in Philadelphia, USA. For the wedding day, the bride ditched the usual red lehenga, which defines an Indian bride, rather she had opted for a unique yellow-coloured ensemble.

She had accentuated her look with a neckpiece, matching earrings, a borla and pretty kaleeras. Heavy kohl-filled eyes with red lips and hair tied in a bun had completed her look. On the other hand, her groom had donned a cream-coloured sherwani. An emerald-green mala and a beige turban added more charm to his style.
For the wedding reception, the bride had restyled her wedding lehenga. She had removed the dupatta from the head and had tucked it carefully on the shoulders.
We love the bride wedding day look! What about you?
