Indian designer, Sabyasachi Mukherjee has decked up many brides (including celebrities), and he continues to win brides-to-be's hearts with his stunning collection. He is the dream designer for women of all ages, and they want to at least own his one piece in their trousseau. Over the years, we have seen brides wearing Sabyasachi's floral lehengas to his traditional ones with a blessing written on the dupattas of the outfit.
We all will agree that the moment, his lehengas came into the bridal picture, they had captivated every women's heart. The traditional ensembles like a saree or a suit had taken a backseat as brides started donning the heavily flared can-can lehengas for their big day. From experimenting with the colour of the lehenga to its cut, brides have tried some drool-worthy styles for their wedding.
The bride of the week, Arunima Malik had tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in New Delhi. From head-to-toe, the bride had left a huge mark in our hearts with her gorgeous bridal ensemble from the shelves of Sabyasachi Mukherjee. However, she had ditched the usual red lehenga and had opted for a rani-pink colour for the big day.
The bride's lehenga had featured a floral zari-embroidery all over the skirt of the lehenga, which was teamed with a half-sleeved blouse and a dupatta with kiran border. The bride had accentuated her look with a statement blue-hued neckpiece, matching earrings and a sheesh patti. Subtle dewy makeup with soft eyes and open-curly tresses had finished off the look.
For the mehendi ceremony, the bride had worn a beautiful green-hued sharara set. Her outfit had featured a green-hued kurta with yellow-coloured sharara. She had ditched the heavy jewellery and had opted for a statement sheesh patti and a pair of earrings.
We love the bride's gorgeous rani-pink hued lehenga!
