Born into a Sindhi family, Anita Hassanandani made her television debut in 1998 with the show, Idhar Udhar, and in her two decades of acting career span, Anita had made a prominent contribution to the entertainment industry. Anita can make anyone go weak in the knees with her endearing smile and happy-go-lucky nature. After making a cameo as Aishwarya Rai a.k.a., Mansi Shankar’s friend, Asha in the film, Taal, Anita played one of the leads in the film, Kucch To Hai. But it was her television shows like Kabhii Sautan Kabhii Sahelii, Kkavyanjali, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Naagin 3 and a lot more, which got her recognition in the entertainment industry and since then, she is firmly holding her space as a household name.

After a few brief encounters at the gym and then outside a pub, the Cupid had hit Anita Hassanandani with its sharpest arrow as she fell in love with a businessman, Rohit Reddy. It was 'love at first sight' for Rohit and when he had fallen for Anita, he had no idea about her fame or how big a star she is in the entertainment industry. Anita and Rohit are two opposite worlds, who met, fell in love and knitted their beautiful world together with their adorable son, Aaravv Reddy. In their idyllic little world, the husband-wife duo makes for a perfect team, who are BFFs, lovebirds, husband-wife and parents, all compiled in one!
Just like last year, Anita Hassanandani turned a year older in a lockdown but this year is extremely special as she is celebrating her first birthday as a mother. Anita rang in her 40th birthday at the midnight with her hubby, Rohit Reddy and posted glimpses of the same comprised in a video, which she captioned as "LockDown Birthday 2021". Rohit and Anita are known for their creative videos on social media and to wish her on her birthday, he found the most interesting way. Rohit was asked by a fan in the comments to wish his wife in the most interesting way, so he uploaded a creative video as a birthday wish for Anita. He captioned it as "I usually hate to use the F word, but.... You’re FORTY! Happy Birthday wifey! @anitahassanandani P.S: Please remember this video when i do anything stupid!"
As a response to Rohit Reddy's interesting birthday wish, Anita Hassanandani reposted the video on her IG stories, giving a suggestion to her hubby. She wrote, "Start with I Love You" atop it. Rohit also posted a picture in which he posed beside Anita as she slept and captioned it as "To the woman of my dreams, who is an eternal sleeping beauty, and inadvertently a part of all my stupid pranks! Happy Birthday love!" Anita commented with an array of hearts on Rohit's post.

A few days ago, on March 22, 2021, when Rohit Reddy had turned 36, Anita Hassanandani had showered him with love and praises through a video on social media. But it was their son, Aaravv Reddy's wish that had stolen the limelight. Dressed in a cute blue onesie, Aaravv posed with the birthday cake of his dad that had a special message for him. Aaravv's message for Rohit on his birthday cake could be read as "Can't wait to hit the gym with you Dad!!!"
Revealing what he likes the most about his wife, Anita Hassanandani, Rohit Reddy had once stated in an interview with the Deccan Chronicle, “She makes it a point to keep in touch with my family. I, like most guys will call my parents once a week, because I have to but she makes it a point to have long conversations with them and bonds with them very well.” Answering the same question of what she likes the most about Rohit, Anita had remarked, “One very adorable quality about Rohit is, he is very appreciative. Even today, he makes it a point to thank me, whenever I do anything for him, that’s very lovable.”
