Talking about the same, her fellow former Bigg Boss contestant and runner-up, Vikas Gupta was quoted as saying, “As Komolilka, she's going to be great and I believe she's the best cast in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. I told Erica Fernandes Parth Samthaan that Hina Khan as Komolilka is a better cast than them for Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. So, if Hina is playing or Krystle, both will do a great job”.

Revealing to a media house later, as to how she felt about it, Hina said, “It was kinda sweet surprise for me as well. I wasn't prepared for it and neither was it planned. It just happened. I usually don't talk about my personal life but over there, you become so overwhelmed. The moment I saw him I could not control myself and when he kind of, it was not a proposal, we were in love before as well but the way he said it, I could not hold back and said it back, I love you too. It’s been long since the two have been dating and everybody is waiting for their wedding. When Hina was asked about her marriage plans, she had told an online tabloid, “No, not at all. If anything happens, it will be marriage which I've already said won't happen anytime before 3 years. I don't understand why they can’t do without making news that includes me. This is nonsense”.
Recently, Rocky revealed their love story and was quoted as saying, “We met on the sets of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai for the first time where I was the supervising producer and she was playing the lead role. That's how we met. As for what attracted me to her was her dedication to her work. I have seen a lot of actors, but she is one of the smartest of the lot”.
He further added, “It is almost unreal if you find a person who's so honest all the time. She calls a spade a spade every single time. And that's the most important thing I love about her. Besides, she is the prettiest woman in the world”. Rocky also revealed the one thing he doesn’t like about Hina and said, “One thing that I probably don't like about her is that she has no filter when she talks. She doesn't know diplomacy and how to say things correctly and that's why she is sometimes scrutinised in a way that is not positive”.
Hina and Rocky also have their parents’ approval and hence there would be no issues in their marriage. Rocky had earlier shared, “Families were already aware of our relationship. They are extremely close to each other. In fact, I too am very close to Hina's family, so nothing shocked or surprised them.
