British politician, Rishi Sunak, who has served as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and Leader of the Conservative Party since 2022, arrived in India along with his wife, Akshata Murthy on September 8, 2023. For the unversed, Akshata is the daughter of India’s billionaire Infosys co-founder, Narayana Murty and his eminent writer wife, Sudha Murthy. Akshata herself is a businesswoman, fashion designer, and venture capitalist. Now, as Rishi and Akshata are in India to attend the G20 leaders’ summit, they are grabbing eyeballs every minute with their public appearances.
On September 8, 2023, Rishi Sunak and his wife, Akshata Murthy were spotted strolling in Central Delhi. They were seen spending some quality time together ahead of their dinner date. While Rishi looked handsome in a white shirt paired with black pants, his darling wife twinned with him in a white-hued tee along with striped pants. She was also seen carrying a pretty purse along with her. She kept her look minimal and opted for a middle-parted simple hairdo. The doting wife was mushily holding her husband's hand while they were papped strolling together.

After arriving in India, Rishi Sunak and his wife, Akshata Murthy also met with the local schoolchildren at the British Council headquarters in Delhi. Taking to her IG handle on September 8, 2023, Akshata also shared an array of glimpses from the same. In the pictures, the UK PM and his wife were seen guiding the children present over there to take part in the UK-funded programmes that support computer coding and language skills. Akshata was also seen playing football with the local schoolchildren. She looked gorgeous in a multi-coloured, long flowy dress.

On September 8, 2023, Rishi Sunak and Akshata Murthy arrived in India for the G20 leaders’ summit, and received a warm welcome at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi. As they stepped down from their RAF Voyager plane, Rishi and Akshata were welcomed by the Indian consumer affairs and environment minister, Ashwini Kumar Choubey along with British High Commissioner to New Delhi Alex Ellis. In a few glimpses shared by Akshata on her official Instagram handle, they looked extremely joyful for their arrival in their homeland.
In the pictures, Rishi looked handsome in a navy blue-hued pantsuit paired with a crisp white shirt underneath and an orange tie. On the other hand, Akshata looked pretty in a white shirt with a multi-coloured printed long skirt. She teamed her look with minimal makeup, open tresses and stud earrings.
