As the show is headed for the finale, we have witnessed some connections professing their feelings for one another. One such jodi is Raqesh Bapat and Shamita Shetty.
Raqesh and Shamita bonded really well from the beginning and their fans are eager to see them take their relationship seriously. Although the two have their own share of disagreements, Raqesh's concern for the actress had touched everyone. The housemates had even started calling them husband and wife.

In a recent episode, Raqesh professed his love for Shamita, leaving her amazed. Now, Raqesh's ex-wife, Ridhi Dogra reacted to his newfound love in Shamita Shetty. In an interview with the Times of India, when Ridhi was asked to comment on Raqesh and Shamita's blooming love, Ridhi said, " I am happy if Raqesh is happy. It's his personal space."
Ridhi also spoke about Raqesh's performance in the show and said, "He is the kind of person that you are seeing on the show. If there are more than two people, it's a crowd for him. He doesn't like to scream and shout to say what he wants to, instead he talks to people that he is comfortable with and trusts. On the other hand, Nishant is playing really well and he is also a friend of mine. I know he wanted to be part of this show and he is doing an excellent job. He is entertaining so well and I feel that I am watching my friends' show with Nishant, Raqesh and earlier Ridhima being a part of it."

A few days back, Raqesh was trolled by actress, Kashmera Shah for following Shamita's orders. On her Twitter handle, Kashmera had shared that Raqesh is on his way to become a henpecked husband again. She had tweeted, "Congratulations @RaQesh19, you are on your way to becoming a henpecked husband… again." Well, this sure did not go down well with his ex-wife, Ridhi Dogra, who had asked Kashmera not to pass loose comments. She had replied, "Again!? Excuse me. Kindly don't make loose comments. Peace out."
For the unversed, in 2019, Ridhi Dogra and Raqesh Bapat had announced their separation after seven years of marriage, leaving everyone stunned. The ex-couple had confirmed their separation by releasing a joint statement, which could be read as “Yes, we are living separately. This decision has been taken with mutual respect and care for each other and our families. We are two best friends who may not be a couple anymore. But our friendship will continue as it always has, through thick and thin. Appreciate if no further speculation is made and heartfelt gratitude to everyone for all the love you have always given us."
