It's celebration time for the Kapoors as the younger daughter of actor, Anil Kapoor, got married to her long time boyfriend, Karan Boolani. The Mumbai residence of Anil Kapoor had got lightened up for the close-knit wedding. And that had given a hint to his fans that Rhea Kapoor's wedding is on the cards. Though the family members had remained tight-lipped about the wedding, a source dropped some deets.
A few days after his elder daughter, Sonam Kapoor's wedding, Anil Kapoor had posted a picture with his family, and it had Karan Boolani in it. Taking to his IG handle, Anil had written, "A happy Sunday with the only humans that make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Celebrating yet another beautiful love story!”

Karan Boolani and Rhea Kapoor had tied the knot on August 14, 2021. Now according to a report by Pinkvilla, Anil Kapoor is going to host a reception party for his daughter, Rhea Kapoor and son-in-law, Karan Boolani, on August 16, 2021. A source close to the family told the portal that the guest list had to be cut short due to the COVID-19 protocols, and that is why Anil Kapoor, Sonam and Rhea will be hosting a reception party for a few close family and friends.
Stating the same, the source was quoted as saying, "The family was always clear on keeping it an intimate affair. However, due to COVID-19 protocols, even the otherwise limited guest list had to be cut short. There were a lot of close family members and friends who could not attend the wedding. And for them, Anil Kapoor with daughters Sonam and Rhea are hosting an intimate dinner on Monday."
Though no one from the Kapoor family had confirmed the news of the wedding, a close source had revealed that since Sonam Kapoor and her husband, Anand Ahuja were back from London, it was the best time for Rhea to get married. On the other hand, Karan was also snapped by the paparazzi while he had visited Anil Kapoor's residence on August 13, 2021, which was all lit up for the ceremony.

Pictures of the members of the Kapoor family, who had graced the wedding function with their presence, had started doing the rounds in the media. Anil Kapoor's elder brother, Boney Kapoor, his daughter, Anshula Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor and son, Arjun Kapoor were snapped by the shutterbugs outside Anil Kapoor's residence. Boney Kapoor's elder daughter, Janhvi Kapoor, also attended the wedding of her cousin sister, Rhea Kapoor.
Anil Kapoor's younger brother, Sanjay Kapoor, was also a part of the wedding festivities. He was snapped by the shutterbugs along with his wife, Maheep Kapoor and their son. On the other hand, cousin sisters, Khushi Kapoor (Boney Kapoor's daughter) and Shanaya Kapoor (Sanjay Kapoor's daughter), had also posed for the camera. The girls had looked excited about Rhea's wedding and had rocked their look in lehengas.
