Apart from the global pandemic leading to massive lockdown, we have also witnessed saddest news from the Tinseltown. In 2020, we have either lost some of our brightest stars of our film industry or favourite celebs falling prey to life threatening illness. And one such sad news was of Bollywood director and ace choreographer, Remo D’Souza’s heart attack, shocking millions of his fans. Dancer, choreographer, actor, and film director, Remo D’Souza is one of the most renowned names of the glamour world. Apart from his successful career, it is his down to earth personality which had made him the ultimate icon. It was on December 11, 2020, when the news of Remo’s heart attack had flashed as the news headlines making all his fans anxious. He was admitted to Kokilaben Hospital where the he had gone through an angioplasty.
On December 14, 2020, Remo D’Souza’s wife, Lizelle took to her IG handle and shared a video of him tapping his feet to a peppy number. His fans couldn’t hide their happiness, seeing him recovering in the hospital. Along with the video, Lizelle thanked everyone, who prayed for his speedy recovery. Her note can be read as “DANCING WITH THE FEET IS ONE THING DANCING WITH THE HEART IS ANOTHER... @remodsouza THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR THE PRAYERS AND BLESSINGS.”
Actor Aamir Ali also shared an update on Remo’s health. Aamir took to his IG handle and shared a few pictures of Remo striking heroic poses from his hospital room. Along with the pictures, Aamir wrote, “My brother is back @remodsouza #strongest.” The pictures proved that Remo is indeed the strongest and his fans were delighted to see their idol recovering. On December 11, 2020, Remo was rushed to Kokilaben Hospital after he had suffered a heart attack. A close source of the family had revealed, “He had a heart attack. There was a blockage. For now, doctors have done angiography and he is currently in the ICU.” The hospital sources had revealed later that he was stable and was put under observation.
On April 2, 2020, Remo had turned 46 and his wife, Lizelle had shared one of the sweetest wishes for him. She had taken to her IG handle and had posted some throwback pictures with the birthday boy. Along with the beautiful pictures, Lizelle had thanked him for supporting her in every step of her life. Her heartmelting caption could be read as “Happy birthday @remodsouza I am out of words for you.... you have received all the blessings and wishes from all over the world ..... All I want to say to you is my day starts with you ends with you.. you the first thing on my mind and the last ... 21 years of knowing and loving you ... it’s been the same ... you are an inspiration to millions on this earth but you are our universe ... God bless you and may you always shine brighter and brighter let no one take your shine away ... remember you are a diamond no one can break you...
