And yet again, something similar happened as the evergreen beauty attended the wedding reception party of the co-founder of Wizcraft International Entertainment Pvt., Andre Timmins' son, Leslie Timmins. However, it was her adorable moment with the veteran actor, Shatrughan Sinha, at the party that caught our attention.
A few minutes ago, while scrolling through our Instagram handle, we stumbled upon a video of Rekha from the wedding reception party of Andre Timmins' son, Leslie. In the video, we catch hold of an adorable moment between Rekha and the veteran actor, Shatrughan Sinha. As the video begins, we can see Sonakshi escorting Rekha, and later, the duo joined the Sinha family. However, it was Rekha's sweet gesture towards Shatrughan Sinha that melted our hearts. The ever-so-green beauty showed her respect for Sonakshi's father by touching his feet.

Further, in the video, we can see Rekha hugging Shatrughan Sinha's wife, Poonam Sinha. For those who don't know, the yesteryear actress has been friends with Poonam Sinha for a long time now. Talking about their looks, Rekha looked elegant as she donned a beautiful green and purple-hued silk saree that featured golden work all over it. She accentuated her look with a layered pearl necklace, matching earrings, glam makeup, bangles, a maang teeka and a gajra-adorned hairdo.
Shatrughan Sinha donned a shirt, which he teamed with pants and a jacket. Poonam Sinha opted for a red-coloured silk saree for the event. She completed her look with a statement necklace, dewy makeup, a bindi and a bun hairdo. On the other hand, Sonakshi Sinha looked beautiful as she posed for the paps. She donned a light blue-hued crop top, which she styled with a draped skirt and an embroidered cape.

For those who don't know, Shatrughan Sinha and Rekha had a rift during the making of Rakesh Roshan's film, Khoon Bhari Maang. And they didn't talk to each other for years. Talking about the same, in an interview with Zoom, Shatrughan Sinha mentioned that they had different opinions. He also admitted that he made uncharitable remarks about Rekha while their cold war was on. Mentioning how his feud with Rekha caused a problem in his wife's friendship with the former, Shatrughan Sinha said:
"We had a difference of opinion over some silly issue. After that we didn't speak to each other for more than twenty years. I did make digs about her. I shouldn't have. To her credit, Rekha never retaliated. She is a very large-hearted generous woman. It was none other than my better-half Shrimati Poonam Sinha. You see, Rekha and she were close friends. And my so-called cold war with Rekha was causing difficulties in my wife's friendship with Rekha. She patched us up for her own selfish reason. And I happily agreed to let bygones be bygones."
