David Beckham's Alleged Ex-Mistress, Rebecca Loos, Blasts Victoria For 'Inappropriate' Wedding Dance

The Beckham family drama isn't quite fizzling out just yet. David and Victoria Beckham's eldest son, Brooklyn, has sparked a firestorm of speculation and controversy over the family's alleged manipulative behaviour following the ex-model's scathing statement on January 19, 2026. One of the hottest topics of discussion in Brooklyn's eight-paragraph statement has been the alleged "inappropriate" dance by Victoria Beckham at her son and daughter-in-law's first dance at their 2022 wedding. 

While insiders later dismissed Brooklyn's claim that Victoria "hijacked" his first dance with Nicola Peltz, David Beckham's former personal assistant and alleged ex-mistress, Rebecca Loos, has now weighed in on the Spice Girl star's "inappropriate" dance claim.

Something very spicy is cooking! Channel 4 is soon going to release a documentary regarding the ongoing Beckham family feud, titled 'The Beckham Feud: Truth and Lies', which is set to premiere on Sunday, February 1, 2026. In a snippet of the documentary obtained by the Daily Mail, Rebecca Loos addresses the drama, siding with Brooklyn on his famous parents.

Speaking about insider claims that it was singer Marc Anthony who called Victoria Beckham "the most beautiful woman in the room" and urged Brooklyn to dance with her, the ex-PA says that any other mother would have "read the room" and understood how awkward it was. She says:

“Whether it came from her or whether it was Marc Anthony is beside the point because it shows a lack of awareness for other people’s feelings. I think any other mother would’ve read the room and understood this is awkward and probably said, 'Thank you for the compliment, but the most beautiful woman in the room is Nicola, Nicola, please take this dance'."

Later in the interview, Rebecca throws shade at her former employer, David Beckham, saying that the "husband" or the "father" should have stepped in to lighten the awkward moment. He also had the option to take the bride's hand and bring her onto the floor, too, before swapping partners with Victoria. She says:

"Or at least if the mother had had a few too many glasses of wine and was unable to read the room, maybe the husband or the father would then have maybe stepped in and maybe grabbed Nicola, twirled her around and then swap partners to let her have the dance.”

In case you missed it, Rebecca Loos was David Beckham's personal assistant while he was playing for Real Madrid in Spain in 2003. There were whispers that the two had more than a professional relationship. Some local media outlets also claimed they were seen together in hotels. A year later, in 2004, when her contract ended, Rebecca gave an explosive interview to News of the World. She claimed that the rumours were true and that she and David had a four-month-long affair. The footballer, however, had dismissed the claims as false. 

Rebecca Loos is once again alluding to that infamous affair buzz from 22 years ago, as she views Brooklyn's confession as a "validation" for her past allegations. In the clip from the upcoming documentary, the yoga and meditation teacher says the Beckhams value their public image and have "inauthentic relationships." In her words:

"Suddenly, you’re part of a big PR war. In a very small way, this is, of course, validation for what I said and came forward and said 22 years ago. Brooklyn is basically confirming inauthentic relationships, value of promotion, endorsements above all else, and that it’s all focused on brand Beckham, and that’s all that matters.”

Where things stand now with the Beckham family

After Brooklyn Beckham's heated statement about his famous parents, a source said the 26-year-old photographer was not interested in reconciling with them, saying Victoria never liked Nicola Peltz. Earlier this week, a source close to David and Victoria Beckham told PEOPLE that the couple is concerned about losing Brooklyn and is ready to take him back. However, the only condition is that Nicola Peltz step away: "The Beckhams have no intention of reconciling with their son unless Nicola is out of the picture."
