For the unversed, the first episode of the twelfth instalment premiered on April 2, 2026, at 9:00 pm ET on Bravo. However, it was American TV personality, Dolores Catania, who caught much attention in the first episode of The Real Housewives of Rhode Island.

Do you know that Dolores was part of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, the fourth instalment of the franchise? Yes, you read it right. However, it was Dolores’ drastic face transformation that stole the spotlight. Over the years, many The Real Housewives stars have turned heads with their face transformations. #1. Dolores Catania openly confessed to her multiple surgeries on her face

Dolores Catania, who is currently part of the show, The Real Housewives of Rhode Island, has gone under the knife many times. In 2019, the RHORI star confirmed on Instagram that she'd had a facelift, necklift, and eyelid surgery. Earlier, her face had more noticeable lines, but now her face has fewer wrinkles, and her eyes’ shape is cat-eye and looks more elongated.

In 2024, Dolores confirmed on Instagram that she'd lifted her temples and upper cheeks. The American TV reality star never shied away from accepting that she underwent multiple surgeries. Speaking to Bravo’s The Daily Dish, Dolores explains why she has always been transparent about the following. In her words:

"Well, I feel a responsibility to people. We're like a community. I feel like it's only fair for them to know that no, this isn't just me. I was not born like this. I had help and I looked into what was and the best way to do it. So when I do the homework and I share it, for me, it's like part of my job to do that. To be honest and be transparent."

#2. Larsa Pippen looks totally unrecognisable now due to lip fillers and a nose job

Larsa Pippen, who was part of the seventh instalment of The Real Housewives, that is The Real Housewives of Miami, looks totally unrecognisable now due to a nose job and lip fillers. Earlier, in 2009, Larsa’s nose was longer, her cheeks weren't so full, and she had thinner lips. In 2022, Larsa herself confirmed that she had her nose and lips done.

In 2025, she explained why she had a puffier face. Taking to her Instagram Stories, Larsa revealed that she had a treatment called Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP). For the uninitiated, in this procedure, a person’s own blood is used to improve their skin. However, Larsa had an allergic reaction to this treatment, thus she had temporary puffiness. She wrote:

"I did have PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma). I did have an allergic reaction to the PRP, which I didn't even know you can have, so my face is a bit swollen."

Lisa Rinna, who was part of the sixth instalment of The Real Housewives that The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is currently 62. However, she still looks young and has no signs of natural ageing. On the Today show, Lisa revealed that when she was 24, she had silicone injected into her lips. 

During the same conversation, Lisa confirmed that she'd had much of it removed as it became hard. In her book, You Better Believe I'm Gonna Talk About It, Lisa got candid about her other treatments, including Botox to reduce fine lines and wrinkles and SKINVIVE treatment to make skin look smoother and hydrated. But according to Lisa, the two treatments didn’t give her the desired look, and she looked "freakish."

In 2016, Andy Cohen asked Kim about the rumours on the show, Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. She dismissed the rumours and shared that it’s all due to makeup tricks. She said, "If I'm going to have a nose job, it's going to be a hell of a lot shorter, okay? For real. It's not going to go down into my mouth when I smile." Although Kim denied having a nose job, she had admitted to having done Botox, lip fillers and Ultherapy, a treatment which aims to lift and tighten the skin.

#5. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Brandi Glanville's drastic face transformation due to a parasite

Brandi Glanville’s drastic face transformation sparked cosmetic surgery rumours. However, in 2023, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star took to her X (formerly Twitter) and shut down the rumours. She wrote, "I've never had surgery on my face. I'm so sick of all the mean comments. I'm 50! I do plan on getting a lower face & neck lift like Teddy Mellencamp at some point soon." But before she could get that surgery, Brandi’s face drastically changed due to a parasite after she failed to replace her breast implants despite difficulties.
