Ray J Made An Eye Popping Confession About His Sex Life, Reveals Sleeping With 12,500 Women

Born as William Ray Norwood Jr., Ray J is a popular singer, rapper, television presenter and actor. With songs like Let It Go, Set It Off, Wait A Minute, One Wish and many others, Ray J made a name for himself in the entertainment world. However, he gained popularity after his sex tape with Kim Kardashian was leaked, making him the centre of spotlight.

Ray J confessed of sleeping with 12,500 women

Ray J has dated many leading ladies from the entertainment world. However, he once made an eye-popping confession about his sex life. Yes, the Sexy Can I singer made an appearance at the Funky Friday podcast and revealed that he has slept with 12,500 women. When the host, Cam Newton expressed scepticism over the number, the singer retorted:

“These are 10,000 different people, it's like at [12,500] now. The math is different because when we're on tour, we're thinking five to 10 a day. There's been around 3,500 instances in which he had sex with "three or more" partners at once. "I'm not capping."

Ray J’s tumultuous relationship with his wife, Princess Love?

Ray J had dated Kim Kardashian, Olivia Alvarez, Brittany Pena, Joanna "Cocktail" Hernandez and Connie "Mz Berry" Deveaux. But the rapper tied the knot with Princess Love in 2016 and ever since then, their relationship had been tumultuous. They filed for divorce four times, twice in 2020, in 2021 and in 2024. They have two children together: a daughter, Melody, born in 2018, and a son, Epik, born in 2020.

Their bond reached a final point in November 2025 when Ray J was arrested after allegedly threatening Princess Love during a livestreamed argument. He denied pointing a gun at her, but the incident led to a protective order and misdemeanour charges, which have now changed for him. Subsequently, Raj J was taken into custody for making a criminal threat, with bail set at USD 50,000.

Recently, Princess Love took a significant step and changed a protective order that previously did not allow Ray J to meet his two children. While this sparked questions about the duo's relationship and whether they reconciled, but nothing about the same is confirmed yet.

What has Ray J revealed about his health? 

Ray J first opened up about his health condition in a video shared on January 25, 2026, wherein he revealed that he had 'almost died.’ A few days later, he shared another clip and claimed that his heart was functioning at only 25 per cent. Soon, he sat down for a conversation with TMZ and clarified that doctors had told him his heart was operating at 60 per cent capacity and that part of it had "turned black," describing serious cardiac complications. 

Furthermore, he revealed that he had been hospitalised with pneumonia and heart pains, an illness he had previously battled in 2021. Ray J admitted he took multiple medications for cholesterol and a high risk of heart failure. He also expressed his gratitude to his sister, Brandy, and his parents for helping with medical bills and for accompanying him to doctor visits.
