Rashmika Mandanna is known as the national crush of India. Her cheerful on-screen presence and acting skills keep drooling millions of hearts. However, the gorgeousness recently faced a 'near-death' situation while travelling from Mumbai to Hyderabad, and revealed the same by sharing a post on her social media handle. Well, the news is quite shocking for many of Rashmika's fans all over the country.
Taking to her IG stories, Rashmika Mandanna shared a glimpse of her horrific experience when her flight from Mumbai to Hyderabad 'escaped the near-death' situation and had to make an emergency landing. She shared a selfie with her friend-cum-actor, Shraddha Das, along with another photo showing how both the actors pressed hard against the footboard. Moreover, according to a report in Deccan Chronicle, the flight Rashmika and Shraddha were in had to make an emergency landing due to a technical glitch and extreme turbulence. Thus, the flight had to return to Mumbai 30 minutes after starting. But fortunately, no one was injured in the incident. Sharing the photo, Rashmika wrote atop it:
“Just FYI, this is how we escaped death today."

Rashmika Mandanna is currently riding high on her career with the release of her film, Animal, co-starring Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role. The Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial, which was released in December 2023, garnered huge acclamation from the audience, and still now, it is one of the most talked about films released in recent times. Now, as per multiple reports, Rashmika is set to be next seen in the film, Pushpa 2, which is a sequel of the Allu Arjun starrer part one of the movie. The movie is set to release in August 2024.
Talking about her personal life, Rashmika is speculated to be in a relationship with popular actor, Vijay Deverakonda for a long time. But once, in an interview with We Are Yuvaa, Rashmika had talked about her equation with the actor. The diva mentioned that she calls Vijay 'Viju' and stated that they grew up together. Talking more about him, Rashmika mentioned that Vijay is someone she relies on for advice. She stated:
"Viju and I, we sort of grew up together. So anything I do in my life right now, he has a contribution in it. I take his advice in anything that I do. I need his opinion, and he is not a ‘yes’ person. He is like on the point, this is good, this is not good, this is what I think, this is what I don’t think. He has supported me personally, more than anyone else in my entire life. So, I feel he’s someone who I really, really respect.”

Although Rashmika and Vijay never accepted their dating rumours, several reports claim the opposite. From celebrating their special occasions together to getting spotted at almost the exact locations within an interval of time, the duo keeps igniting their dating rumours. For instance, a few days ago, Rashmika dropped a cute photo of herself on her IG. In the photo, she could be seen posing at a specific place amidst nature. Soon, netizens were quick to rush to Vijay's profile to find a photo wherein the actor was seen posing in a similar backdrop, leaving people wondering if the duo has been living together.
