The wedding season is here and Bollywood’s madly-in-love couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are all set to celebrate their first anniversary. The adorable couple has been dating each other for six years and finally fulfilled the wish of their fan’s by tying the knot in 2018. The couple will be seen sharing the screen space for the first time in the biopic, 83, after their wedding. DeepVeer became each other’s forever on November 14-15, 2018, in Konkani and Punjabi-Sindhi style wedding ceremonies. The couple has been head-over-heels in love with each other and were often spotted on dinner dates, giving couple goals. Ranveer has always been vocal about the love he has for Deepika. From the time he saw Deepika at an award function, he instantly fell in love with her and has never shied away from accepting the same.
The couple, who has always been sharing 'oh-so-lovely' PDAs with each other, never gets tired pulling each other’s leg on social media. Ranveer recently took to his Instagram handle and shared a funny old picture from the sets of their (his and Deepika's) film, Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela where he was seen stalking his then-girlfriend and now wife, Deepika. Sharing the picture, Ranveer wrote, "No caption needed @deepikapadukone #RamLeela."
In an interview with The Times of India, Deepika had revealed how Ranveer is a completely different person at home. Talking about the same, she had stated, “I don’t know what happens when he leaves the house as he’s an extremely different person then which I think also people will start seeing. Like if you see it in his work, which is that there’s an extremely quiet side to him, there’s an extremely intelligent side to him, there’s a very sensitive and emotional side to him, there’s a vulnerable childlike innocence, so there are so many facets to him.”
Ranveer had once shared about his experience as a married man and had said, “I’m loving it and highly recommend it. I have been married to Deepika in my head for years now. Just a few months into our relationship, I knew she was the one for me and I wanted to spend the rest of my life with her. I had committed my life to her well before the rituals. In an interview with the Femina magazine, Ranveer had revealed the details on how after his marriage with Deepika, his love and bond with her has deepened. Talking about the same, he had shared, "It has only gotten better. Now, we’re cocooned in love, and there is no space for doubt or misgiving. It’s grounded-ness, centred-ness, security, warmth, and joy. We share experiences and laugh together. The added security that comes with marriage has allowed our relationship to blossom further."
In an interview with the GQ magazine, Deepika had talked about Ranveer and how he is as a person. She had shared, "He is vulnerable, extremely emotional, very intelligent; childlike at times. That's not to say that his irrepressible energy isn't him, it's very him. He's a real people's person, but there's a quiet side to him too."
Deepika and Ranveer often share cute pictures and videos of their camaraderie on social media. Revealing details of Deepika’s unknown characteristic, Ranveer had once stated, “There is a child-like quality to her that nobody other than me has the privilege of seeing.
