On April 21, 2019, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone had attended a friend’s wedding at JW Marriott, Mumbai, and needless to say, they made heads turn with their 'oh-so-stunning' looks. While Ranveer looked dapper as always in a black bandhgala, his wife, Deepika looked beautiful as ever in a white saree with huge red floral prints which she paired up with a white halter-neck blouse. Deepika accentuated her look with statement earrings, a red gajra and radiant makeup. Deepika and Ranveer looked stunning together in their traditional best.
Now another picture of Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone has emerged on social media and is winning the internet for all the right reasons. In a candid picture that’s going viral on the internet, while Deepika can be seen chatting with someone, her husband Ranveer carried her footwear and had no qualms upon doing the same. Ranveer leaves no stone unturned to make his ladylove feel special and his chivalry has truly made him the ‘husband of the millennium’! Don’t you agree?
In her first interview post-wedding, Deepika Padukone revealed the quiet side of her husband, Ranveer Singh and had stated, "He is vulnerable, extremely emotional, very intelligent; childlike at times. That's not to say that his irrepressible energy isn't him, it's very him. He's a real people's person, but there's a quiet side to him too." The Chhapaak actress had continued, "Emotionally, I think I'm the more intuitive one. I'd say IQ is more him. But at the same time, he's not all like, 'I'm a man, I can't show my emotions.' He is sensitive, and so am I, and it makes it easier to share a life with someone who understands that." During the promotions of Gully Boy, Ranveer Singh had played a game of Taboo along with his co-star from the film, Alia Bhatt. In the video that went viral on social media, Ranveer can be seen holding up a card with Deepika’s name written on it, and Alia was trying to make him guess who it is. Describing the name, Alia gave Ranveer the clue, “Didi Meri, Bhabhi Iski (pointing towards the host of the show), Aankhe Sabse Khoobsurat Iski (My sister, his sister-in-law, has the most beautiful eyes).”
And in no time, Ranveer Singh guessed it correctly, but without saying Deepika Padukone’s name, he had addressed her as, “Yeh toh meri waali hai!” When the host and Alia probed him to name the person, Ranveer had said, "Mrs Ranveer Singh", but when she asked for the full name, he had replied, "Mrs Deepika Ranveer Singh Bhavnani Padukone." And he ended with a kiss on the placard and saying, “Baby!” Now, isn’t that absolutely adorable? In an interaction with Filmfare magazine editor, Jitesh Pillai, on his show, Famously Filmfare, Ranveer Singh spoke about if he ever thought he would lose Deepika Padukone, during their courtship period. He had said, "No, I never had such a thought, of course, there are ups and downs, but I had made up my mind that she was the one, she is the only one whom I wanted to marry, so I was prepared to go through anything."
