Randeep Hooda and his ladylove, Lin Laishram are on cloud nine as they got married to each other on November 29, 2023, in the Mahabharata style. For the unversed, the couple has been together for quite some time, and with one look at their social media handles, we can easily get stunning love-filled glimpses of their lives. Now, as they began their marital bliss, and shared some official photos from their wedding, the pictures are trending on the internet, and are simply unmissable. In addition, it was Lin's look which caught our attention.
On November 29, 2023, just after getting hitched to each other, Randeep Hooda and Lin Laishram collaboratively took to their respective IG handles and shared the first official photos of their wedding. The picture spoke volumes about their love for one another and also towards their roots. From having a beautiful varmala moment to performing other wedding rituals, Randeep and Lin were soaked in the happiness of their union.

After walking down the aisle, the then-bride, Lin took her place on the left side of the altar. This is also an age-old tradition in the Manipuri wedding, which is related to the saying that grooms always keep their sword-fighting right hand open for combat. And whosoever would kidnap his bride before the wedding, the groom would try to rescue her. Moreover, in one of the glimpses they shared, Lin was also seen bowing down in front of her then-groom, Randeep, which was also one of the rituals per a Manipuri wedding. Well, sharing the love-filled pictures from their traditional wedding, they wrote:
"From today, we are One #JustMarried."
For the wedding, Randeep opted for a white kurta-pyjama paired with a matching-hued turban and safa. On the other hand, Lin got decked up in a magenta-hued traditional potloi, a cylindrical skirt made of thick fabric and hard bamboo adorned with satin cloth and other embellishments. Lin teamed her look with a black-hued blouse featuring golden embroidery on the sleeves and a sheer white-hued dupatta, pinned on her head.

However, it was Lin's traditional Metei jewellery that blew many minds, and she looked absolutely stunning in them. Lin turned into a Metei bride, wearing a long necklace called Likhom and a few more traditional neckpieces, including Thapak, Thorei, Kathi and more. In addition, she opted for an embellished maatha patti, with layers of gold adorned with red gemstones. She also wore the essential Kajenglei, a traditional Meitei crown, gold earrings, bangles, haath phools, rings and everything which was indeed a tribute to her roots.
