The loving husband turned cheerleader for Alia as he donned a matching 'Team Rocky Aur Rani' T-shirt. For the night, Alia paired her letter-printed t-shirt with flared-washed jeans and opted for subtle makeup and open tresses to complete her look. On the other hand, Ranbir twinned with his wife, Alia, and teamed his t-shirt with black jeans.
For the unversed, recently, Kangana Ranaut took to her IG handle to slam a ‘farzi' couple in the film industry, and fans are sure that she took an indirect dig at Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. In her long note, Kangana mentioned that the fake couple, who lives on separate floors, has been spreading fake news about movie announcements. She also shared how the media never reported how the actor's wife and daughter were snubbed from their recent family trip, while the so-called husband was texting and begging Kangana to meet him. Revealing the dark secrets about the 'farzi' couple's marriage, Kangana asked the media to expose them.

Earlier, a report in Koimoi stated that Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's relatives are shocked by the claims made by Kangana Ranaut and have asked the duo to take strong action against the actress. However, a source close to Ranbir and Alia revealed that they are not taking any strong legal action against Kangana now, but they are baffled by the intensity of the attack. The source could be quoted as saying:
"They think it’s best to ignore it. They are baffled by the intensity of the attack. It seems very strange because neither Ranbir nor Alia know this lady (Kangana Ranaut) beyond a hello and hi."
