Raksha Bandhan is a day when every sibling celebrates and cherishes their Tom and Jerry bond. While earlier, it was a day of bhai-behen, now, it has become a day which every sibling celebrates, be it two sisters, two brothers or however. One sibling bond that has many fans is of Ranbir Kapoor and Riddhima Kapoor Sahni. While Riddhima is two years older than Ranbir, the two never hide anything from each other. And we love their Raksha Bandhan celebrations.
On August 13, 2021, Neetu Kapoor had shared a stunning picture of her kids, Ranbir Kapoor and Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, from their pre-Raksha Bandhan dinner on her IG handle. The doting mommy had joined her kids for the party virtually. A glimpse of the same was shared by Riddhima in the picture. While Ranbir had looked handsome in a cream coloured sweatshirt and cargo pants, Riddhima had donned a black top with bootcut jeans. Along with the picture, Neetu had written, "Cutiesss Pre Raksha Bandhan dinner" in the caption.

A few hours ago, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni took to her IG handle to pen a sweet Raksha Bandhan wish for her brother, Ranbir Kapoor and sent him the best of the wishes on Rakhi. Alongside the pictures, she wrote, "Happy Rakhi to the BEST love you so much", followed by a red heart emoticon. Not only that, but she also took to her IG stories to post a collage with her cousin brothers and wrote 'Happy Rakhi bros' atop it.
On Raksha Bandhan 2020, we had witnessed some goofy pictures of Ranbir Kapoor and Riddhima Kapoor Sahni. After a fan page of Ranbir Kapoor had shared some unseen pictures of the sibling duo from their Raksha Bandhan celebration. In the first picture, we could see Ranbir irritating Riddhima by resting his chin over her head. While, in the second picture, we could see the siblings posing for the camera as Riddhima held the aarti ka thaal.

In the third picture, Ranbir Kapoor was again irritating his sister, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, as she had seemed to be saying something. The fan page had also shared a picture of the Kapoor siblings that had included Ranbir's girlfriend, Alia Bhatt, posing with the family.
In a throwback interview of Riddhima Kapoor Sahni with the Vogue magazine, she had revealed a fun anecdote from her growing up days. Riddhima had shared that Ranbir would steal clothes from her closet to gift to his girlfriend. She had said, "He has always been open about his personal life with me. One of the funniest things he would do when I was studying in London, was to raid my cupboard for potential gifts he could give his ‘crushes’. Sometimes, when I was back home, one of them would end up visiting us wearing one of my belongings and I would be like, ‘That’s mine, right?’ making sure I pulled him up."
In the same interview, Riddhima had also revealed playing WWE with Ranbir when they were young. She had shared, "He was annoyingly naughty. I remember we used to watch a lot of WWF and then imitate it and wrestle with each other. My mother was fed up and warned Ranbir not to fight with me, but to be honest, I used to instigate him a lot."
