It was Alia Bhatt’s official declaration by calling her beau, Ranbir Kapoor, ‘mine’ on national television that had won many hearts and had broken many too. The phrase ‘opposites attract’ fits well in Ranbir and Alia’s case, she is bubbly, sweet and outspoken and he is quiet and serious. Their chemistry speaks volumes about their love for each other.
Destiny had played its role and had made Alia and Ranbir fall head-over-heels in love with each other during the shoot of their first film together, Brahmastra. It’s been almost three years since their relationship and their fans are eagerly waiting for their wedding.

On December 15, 2021, the cast of Brahmastra unveiled the poster and announced the release date of the much-awaited film. However, it was Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's cute banter which caught everyone's attention. During the event, Alia asked Ranbir:
"Do you remember when it all started? Tell me the first day, I am not talking about the shoot, but the first day we started work on Brahmastra."
Since they had begun dating around the same time, Ranbir quipped, "You mean, when 'WE' started?" Ranbir's reaction left the audience awestruck and they began cheering for 'Ralia' (as the two are lovingly called by their fans).
Answering to his girlfriend, Alia, Ranbir not just revealed the exact date and place but also shared one of the cutest moments of their relationship. He said:
"2017, 1st of January, Israel, Tel Aviv. And, I remember there's a picture on your Instagram that you put the next morning with a black ganji and a leather jacket which, by the way, she sent to me 15 minutes before she put it on Instagram."
Ranbir and Alia never fail to give us couple goals. For instance, a few days ago, Alia had shared a picture of herself, which her beau, Ranbir had clicked. Alongside it, she had expressed her wish of being clicked by Ranbir for her entire life. She had written, "All I need is sunsets & you ..…. taking my pictures."

On September 28, 2021, Ranbir Kapoor had turned 39 and his girlfriend, Alia Bhatt had posted a romantic picture with him on her IG handle, to wish him on his birthday. In the photo, we could see Alia and Ranbir lost in each other while enjoying a whimsical sunset view. Alongside it, Alia had written, "Happy birthday my life."
Ranbir and Alia's much-awaited film, Brahmastra is slated to release in September 2022.
