Rakhi Sawant had announced her wedding with internet sensation, Deepak Kalal on December 31, 2018, but later it had proved to be a publicity gimmick like always. And later while we thought that Rakhi is keeping herself busy in something else rather than controversial statements, she had yet again managed to grab headlight. On July 29, 2019, Rakhi had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared pictures from her bridal photoshoot pictures, which had started the rumours about her wedding. Initially, Rakhi had denied the rumours but it was later that she had accepted her hush-hush wedding.
Before we share with you Rakhi Sawant’s acceptance interview about her wedding with NRI, Riteish, let us tell you a recent update about the couple. Yesterday, we had informed you about Rakhi’s cryptic TikTok video in which she was continuously saying, ‘Shaadi Mat Karna’ and was bombarded with lots of hate comments from her followers. Apparently, this didn’t go well with Rakhi’s mysterious husband, Riteish and in an interview with SpotboyE, Riteish lashes out at Bigg Boss 13 contestants and trollers for using Rakhi’s name for publicity. Riteish openly challenged the ladies who have been mocking his wife, Rakhi and said that they should have a muqabla in acting and dancing with her and he is sure that his wife will beat them.
In the reality show, Bigg Boss 13, contestant Shehnaaz Gill was called ‘Rakhi aunty’ by a fellow contestant and Rashami Desai had called her ‘Punjab Ki Rakhi Sawant’ and this didn’t go well with Rakhi’s hubby, Riteish. Talking about his wife, Rakhi’s name being continuously used, Riteish said, “What's going on? Someone said 'Punjab ki Rakhi Sawant' and now some say 'Rakhi aunty'. Rakhi is not even playing this season. If they want to take somebody's name with any reference whatsoever, it should be someone who is with them in the playing arena. Why involve Rakhi who is an outsider? I will sue the contestant who makes fun of Rakhi hereafter and I will also hold Colors and Endemol equally responsible.”
Now coming back to Rakhi Sawant’s interview in which she had accepted the news about her hush-hush wedding with Riteish. In an interview with SpotboyE, Rakhi had confirmed the news and had stated, “Well, his name is Ritesh and he is in the UK. In fact, he has already left. My visa is underway and I will join him. Of course, I shall continue to work whatever I get in India, so will shuttle for that. I always wanted to produce TV shows and I think my long-standing dream will now be fulfilled." Despite Rakhi’s confirmation on the news, there were still speculations that she is doing all this just for publicity and she is not married. Later, it was revealed by Rakhi that her husband is a camera-shy person and had only one condition of marrying her. Talking about the same, Rakhi had said, “Unka ek hi point tha, media nahi chahiye. Mera ek bhi photo media me viral nahi hona chahiye because I’m a businessman. To maine kaha, oh bhagwan, ab main media se kaise chupungi. Media se chaand suraj chhup sakte hai, rakhi sawant kaise chhup sakti hai. But vo bilkul nahi chahte media me aana kyunki unko kuch effect ho sakta hai unke business mein, yeh unka protocol hai. Vo nahi aana chahte media mein, main khush hoon, waise bhi vo itna handsome dude hai ki nazar lag sakti hai. Maine unhe kaha ek baar to aaiye, to unhone kaha jab 2020 me mere bachhe ho jayenge toh vo saamne aayenge, bachhon ke saath. Unhone mujhe shooting karte dekha, dance karte dekha aur turant propose kiya. Unhone mujhe 10 days diye the ki you have 10 days, aapko fatafat shaadi karni hai because I don’t have time. Vo NRIs hai, unke paas time nahi hota. Toh 10 days me I was confused ki main kya karun.”
But to everyone’s surprise, Rakhi Sawant’s mysterious husband, Riteish had given his first-ever interview with SpotboyE and had talked in detail about himself and Rakhi’s pregnancy. During the interview, when Riteish was asked about their wedding news and his reaction on people not taking their marriage seriously, he had stated, “I am a very simple man, who goes to work at 9 am and is home by 6 pm. I know there are some people who don’t believe that I exist when Rakhi announced her marriage. But here I am, talking to you. Rakhi may be a different person in front of the camera, but she is a wonderful person at heart.”
Riteish thinks that Rakhi’s outspokenness and controversial statements are the best part of her life. When asked if he wants to change anything about her, he had replied, “Nothing. I am blessed. Rakhi is God's gift to me. I have never seen a woman like her. I think she is superior to me.” And talking about one thing he would never want to change in Rakhi, he had said, “Her outspokenness. She is very frank, and I think that's a great virtue.” Ritesh had shared the news about starting a family and said, "I want two kids. I have a gut feeling that my first will be a daughter and the second one will be a son." When asked if Rakhi is pregnant, he had revealed, "Not yet, but she will soon be."
