Rakhi Sawant is one of the most entertaining celebs in the glamour world. From her non-apologetic attitude to unfiltered statements, Rakhi is loved for her honesty. Best known as the controversial queen, Rakhi strived very hard to make a name for herself in Bollywood. Rakhi had faced many turbulences in her personal life and has garnered a lot of limelight for the same.
Rakhi was earlier married to Ritesh, however, they had parted ways after things didn’t work out between them. Soon, the heartbroken actress found love in the arms of a Mysore-based businessman, Adil Khan Durrani. Adil is six years younger than Rakhi, and the two are often spotted together.

In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Rakhi Sawant broke down talking about her relationship with Adil. She revealed how people tell Adil that no one would marry his sister if he marries Rakhi Sawant. Talking about the same, Rakhi said:
“I want to say one thing. There are so many Muslims in Bollywood, did they not get married? Did those girls not expose? Did they not do item songs? I come from a different background, but if we marry tomorrow, my presence wouldn't have any effect on his family right? Like his sister is to be married. Kuch log unko chadha rahe hain ki 'Rakhi Sawant ko abhi bahu banakar laoge to tumhari behen ki, kaun shaadi karega.’”
In the same interview, Rakhi burst into tears while talking about the same and also questioned people’s mentality. Asking why she doesn’t deserve to get married, Rakhi shared:
“Kya hai ye. Mai Rakhi Sawant, main kya koi terrorist hu? Meri shaadi kyu nhi ho sakti, kya mai koi terrorist hu.”

Earlier in an interview with ETimes, Rakhi had opened up about the possibilities of getting married to Adil. However, the actress also clearly stated why they aren't thinking about marriage now. Reflecting on her previous marriage with her ex-husband, Ritesh, the actress explained how things had ended with him. Talking about the same, the actress had shared:
"It all depends on Adil. Aur Waise bhi maine ek baar Shaadi ki Na, kya kar liya? We are happy without marriage, we are together and everything is going good. Now, we will work together, run our business. Don't you guys feel happy seeing me arriving in different cars? We are getting offered films, songs and web series and we are ready to work. Adil will not work with any other heroine, I am his manager and heroine both (laughs)."
