Sunny Deol's son, Rajveer Deol is gearing up for his Bollywood debut with the film, Dono. For the unversed, the film also marks the debut of Poonam Dhillon's daughter, Paloma Dhillon. Fans of the Deol clan are eagerly waiting to see Rajveer's power-packed performance on the silver screen. Currently, the actor is busy with the promotions of the film, and he has been sharing some lesser-known anecdotes about the Deols. And now, in his recent interview, Rajveer heaped praises on his bhabhi, Drisha Acharya and it is simply unmissable.
In a recent interview with DNA, Rajveer Deol opened up about the legacy of Dharmendra, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol. He highlighted the love and respect that his grandfather, father and uncle received from the masses. Further, in the same interview, Rajveer talked about his bhabhi, Drisha Acharya and mentioned that everyone in the family, including him, believes that she has brought good luck to the house. In his words:
"My brother got married, and my sister-in-law brought us so much good fortune. All of us at home truly believe that."
Earlier, in an interview with Sidharth Kannan, Rajveer opened up about actors' lives and mentioned that he had witnessed his father, Sunny's struggles. He mentioned that despite being a successful actor, his father had to struggle when it came to his personal life. Adding that actors have to sacrifice their family time, Rajveer said:
"For 22 years, I’ve seen him struggle and work. There were no days off. When people come up to me and say that an actor’s life is very easy, they just travel around… They must’ve seen other actors and felt that. I just get very angry, because I’ve seen how much my dad works, and how much family time he sacrifices to go out there and do something. So, to see him finally land a hit with Gadar 2, he deserves it. I don’t know how to describe that joyful feeling, I couldn’t believe it."
During the trailer launch event of his film, Dono, Rajveer opened up about his decision to join the film industry. Talking about the same, the actor revealed that his parents hated his decision to join the acting world because life in this line is a bit unpredictable. He also highlighted that his family was worried about him as the film industry is a mentally draining line.
Well, this is not the first time that a member of the Deol family has talked about Karan Deol's wife, Drisha. Earlier, during one of his appearances on the popular comedy show, The Kapil Sharma Show, Sunny had opened up about his bahu, Drisha. Talking about her, the actor mentioned that he was over to the moon to welcome his bahu. Mentioning that Drisha's arrival filled the place of a daughter in the family, Sunny said:
"We didn't have a daughter in our family, and she came so I was overjoyed to welcome Karan's wife."
