Apart from his professional life, the actor rarely shares pictures or details about his personal life on social media and is one of the most secretive actors in the telly industry.
However, the actor has broken a million hearts after he confirmed the news of his wedding in his recent interview. Yes! You read it right, the handsome hunk, Rahul Sharma, is all set to tie the knot. Sharing the details of his fiancee, the actor also opened up about his intimate engagement ceremony that took place around this year's Diwali.

In an interview with ETimes, Rahul Sharma opened up about his wedding plans and shared the details about his fiancee and their engagement ceremony that had taken place around this year's Diwali in the actor's hometown, Dausa. When Rahul was asked to open up about his ladylove, the super-shy actor, who prefers to guard his personal life stated that she is currently preparing for CA exams. Rahul also confirmed that it is an arranged marriage and revealed that his parents had been searching for a girl for him from the last few years. He said:
"Finally I am ready to get married after taking my own sweet time. My parents had been looking for a girl for me for a bit now and they chose my better half. My fiancee is not from the TV industry, she is a student who is preparing for her CA exams and she is from Jaipur."
In the same interview, Rahul Sharma was asked whether he would now share pictures with his fiancee or reveal her name after making it official in the media. Answering this, the actor clearly stated that he isn't comfortable yet sharing his fiancee's name or pictures. However, Rahul convinced his massive fanbase by saying that he would surely share pictures or make a public appearance with his ladylove when he feels the time is right.

Although Rahul Sharma hasn't revealed his fiancee's name, he does share the things that he loves the most about her. The actor explained that he had always wished for a caring and loving partner because of his ugly heartbreaks in the past. Calling himself 'lucky', Rahul added that his fiancee is a 'homely girl', and he's glad he has a life partner like her in his life. Heaping praises on his ladylove, the actor stated:
"She is a family-oriented, homely girl and that's what I liked the most about her. Though we have met only 2-3 times before our engagement, we have been talking to each other for the past three months so that we could find out more about our likes and dislikes and our priorities in life. After my share of heartbreak in my past relationship, I wanted someone caring and loving. I wanted someone who would accept me with my flaws. Finally, that has happened and I consider myself a lucky man to have found an understanding partner."
At the end of the interview, Rahul Sharma opened up about his wedding date and revealed that although the dates haven't been finalised yet, there are chances that his wedding will take place in either late January or early February next year. The actor also shared that it will be a traditional wedding ceremony, which will be held in the city of forts, Jaipur. He said:
"We haven't finalised the dates -but mostly we will marry either in late January or February. It will be a traditional affair and all the ceremonies will take place in Jaipur. We have finalised a beautiful heritage property, and will announce the dates shortly after working out the logistics."
