Priyank had a great start to the year 2018 with his songs literally breaking records and he gained quite a bank of followers. He also stayed in the limelight with his ugly breakup with MTV VJ, Divya Aggarwal to dating rumours with Benafsha Sonaawalla, and finally he opened about his rumoured relationship in an interview with SpotboyE. Here is what he told them, “You know what! I have just started keeping quite on all such matters. People keep linking me with some or the other girl. So I would just say: Keep guessing because I have stopped sharing my personal life. Yes, I have made it a question mark for everyone."
He further added, "With my past experience, I have realised that I should not talk about my private life. In fact, I was a true believer of this till I did Splitsvilla, where fans got to see my love angle (Divya Agarwal). But other then that, I have never spoke about my personal life. If you see my Roadies audition also, I never revealed my girlfriend's name till the time the fans and media found out.”
Talking about Ben, Priyank revealed that they share a great bond and said, “Benafsha and me are doing great. The bond between us is very strong. Earlier this month, Ace of Space host and second runner-up of Bigg Boss 11, Vikas Gupta has confirmed that Priyank and Benafsha are dating each other. In an interview with SpotboyE, Vikas said, “Benafsha Soonawalla will definitely support Priyank Sharma because they are dating each other." And on being asked further as why they haven’t accepted their love for each other, Vikas retorted, “I feel they have accepted it and somewhere they have not. Again they might not be dating, I don’t know (laughs).”
For those who don’t Priyank, Benafsha and Divya had a strange love triangle that has always subjected to lots of gossips. Commenting on the same, Vikas added, “never wanted this topic to be discussed on this show, but somehow it kept coming up. As things happened, after Divya broke down, Priyank shared an open letter on social media, she said something again, the actor responded – matters snowballed. However, in all of this, I never took Benafsha’s name even though she too jumped into this situation.
