Grand Slam Cup winner, Serena Williams and her entrepreneur husband, Alexis Ohanian, are all set to welcome their baby number two. The couple organised a gender reveal party for the same. The Tennis star uploaded a video on YouTube where she, her husband, and their first child, a 5-year-old daughter, discovered the gender of their second baby. Serena revealed she is a ‘little nervous’ and ‘very excited’ for the big reveal. The big surprise came when her husband first pranked the mother-daughter duo with a wrong cake and later flew drones to reveal they were having another daughter.
After the cake prank, Alexis surprises Serena, Olympia, and their guests with flying drones. The drone presented a light show in the sky, revealing that the couple is having another baby girl. The family and guests then broke into happy cheers. This gender reveal was one of a kind. Alexis stated in the video that his wife and daughter deserve the best, hence the surprise. He further added:
"Well, ladies and gentlemen, Serena, you and Olympia deserve the best. The way we're going to do it though is with a little style and some spectacular lights. And I need the DJ to get us going and let's find out, once and for all, whether Olympia's going to be a big sister to a boy or a girl."
Serena Williams' husband, Alexis Ohanian also pulled up a prank on the mother-daughter duo. He placed a cake in front of Serena to cut. The stuffed frosting of the cake was supposed to reveal the gender of their upcoming baby. However, the cake was stuffed with yellow frosting. In the video, Alexis said he just wanted to troll Serena and their daughter, Olympia. He further added:
“I’m doing this because I want to troll her and Olympia into thinking that this is the reveal of 'Jelly Bean,' she will cut into this cake and probably be disappointed and hopefully appreciate my troll.”
Alexis is an entrepreneur, and co-founder of Reddit. The couple first met in 2015 at a hotel in Rome, where Alexis first approached Serena. Later the tennis star invited him to her match. After this, Alexis was a regular at most of Serena’s matches, and he even flew to Paris to see her play exclusively. Soon the duo fell in love.

Alexis proposed to Serena in the dreamiest way possible. After dating for almost a year, Alexis brought Serena back to Rome, where they first met. Then he set a romantic table for the duo with a path paved with roses. There Alexis went down on his knees and proposed to Serena. Following the proposal, Serena learnt that she was pregnant with their first child. After Olympia was born, the couple decided to tie the knot in 2017.
