Saba Pataudi, Saif Ali Khan's sister, made it clear that Kareena is not expecting her third baby. Saba's reaction to a viral paparazzi clip that triggered pregnancy rumours surrounding Kareena stemmed from a misleading camera angle. Taking to her Instagram Story, Kareena's sister-in-law, Saba wrote:
"A bad angle or a bad hair day! How can everyone assume another extreme!! She walked out of an airport looking slick, classy and slim, and today out of a gym! That’s it! (sic)."
Saba further stated that she has been convincing her sister, Soha Ali Khan to have another child and wished it was true. The jewellery designer further urged fans not to draw conclusions about private matters. In her words:
"She’ll kill me for saying it! Live and let live, guys. Some things are left private. No speculation needed. With love and respect."

Earlier, Kareena Kapoor Khan's team stated in an interview with HT City that the actress is not pregnant and that the rumours were entirely untrue. For the unversed, it was on August 21, 2026, when a video of the actress leaving the gym surfaced on social media. Netizens claimed that it appeared as if Kareena was hiding her baby bump. The actress never officially confirmed that she was expecting a third child. As seen in the viral clip, the Chameli actress was wearing black gym sportswear and black sunglasses. Bebo was seen walking towards her car.
A fan wrote, "Kareena kitne bacche paida karegi bhai tu. The guy holding the umbrella didn't do a very good job of concealing anything." Another user shared, "Is she pregnant again?"
It is worth noting that only a small segment of social media users believed that Kareena and Saif were expecting another bundle of joy. However, some netizens felt that Kareena gained weight, as a user wrote, "She just came back from a family vacation. I'm sure it's holiday weight, which will go away in a month. It happens to everyone back from a good food vacation."
Some users even felt that Kareena was eating too much biryani, which made her belly protrude. As seen in the clip, a member of Kareena's team protected her from photographers with an umbrella. It is unclear if the video is recent or old. Well, now Kareena's die-hard fans are surely disappointed by the news that the actress is not expecting another baby. For the unversed, Bebo and her husband, Saif Ali Khan, are parents to two boys- Taimur Ali Khan, born in 2016, and Jeh (2021).
Similar rumours related to Kareena expecting a third baby surfaced in 2022. Back then, the actress had taken to her social media handle to deny the claims and stated:
"It's the pasta and wine guys... calm down... I am not pregnant... uff. Saif says he has already contributed way too much to the population of our country... enjoy."
Bebo, in an earlier interview with the publication, had mentioned going on a 40-day vacation in 2022. She had no idea of how many pizzas she had eaten. Kareena mentioned, "That’s it, I had to take it in my stride, and say, ‘chill, it’s okay, we are also human beings."
