Rahul and Pratyusha met each other for the first time in 2013, at a common friend’s party, and then a year and a half later in a club. After this, Pratyusha met at Rahul at his place for a party on June 21, 2015, where they ended up talking for 14 hours at a stretch. And the next day, they spent another 13 hours with each other. This much-in-love couple even believes that they have a celestial connection.

Recently, there were a few reports that even talked about Rahul and Pratyusha’s secret wedding. Commenting on the same, Pratyusha told a leading newspaper:
“Those reports did the damage and my parents were upset. They thought that they weren't important enough to be informed. All I want to say is that when we get married, the world will know. And that will happen soon.”
Rahul was also quoted by a tabloid as saying:
“After staying together for so long in the show, I have come to the conclusion that we can spend our lives together. Our relationship has defied the age-old saying that opposites attract, as we are alike in all aspects. Since we are so similar, there is no scope for fight. What connects us on a deeper level is that we read each other's thoughts.”

The two just returned from Goa recently, where they were shooting for Power Couple. And soon after that, they visited Siddhivinayak temple together. Sharing her experience of this visit, Pratyusha told a leading daily:
“From so many days I was telling Rahul that I want to visit Siddhivinayak temple so he planned and we went to visit it. I feel positive and good whenever I visit Siddhivinayak Temple. In 2009 when I came to Mumbai, I went walking from Andheri to Prabhadevi where the temple is located. Each time I visit this temple; there is a positive feeling in me. It’s a very peaceful place. Later on, we planned to go to Mount Mary.”
