Former Bigg Boss 19 contestant and stand-up comedian, Pranit More, has been receiving social media backlash. This is due to his Rs. 370 biryani comment on his stand-up comedy show, for which he issued an apology on June 13, 2026. Pranit has been slammed for commenting, 'peak Gurgaon content' live on his show, after a 23-year-old, Himanshu Jangra, spoke about his dating experience and how he wanted a favour in return. Now, Pranit's former BB19 co-contestant, Kunickaa Sadanand, called him a good boy.
It all happened when Himanshu Jangra said he went on a date with a lady and paid Rs. 370 for a plate of chicken biryani. He shared a desire for a return on his investment. Himanshu reportedly had apologised for his comments. Now, Pranit More's former Bigg Boss 19 contestant, Kunickaa Sadanand, has come ahead in support of him. She called him a good boy and said that he deserves forgiveness. Supporting Pranit, Kunickaa wrote:
"Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone has the courage to own it. @rj_pranit you are a good boy, with right values, but as i always said roasting or crowd work can carry you away, especially as an entertainer, when you see ppl reacting and laughing. I hope ppl forgive you, and i also hope ppl change their attitude towards women/girls.”

Pranit More's former Bigg Boss 19 co- contestant, Kunickaa Sadanand, had further added that he was not the cause of a generational mindset. He was one of the many who inherited this mindset from generations of objectification. Kunickaa advised him to be strong, mindful and that he shall make a comeback. Kunickaa Sadanand had posted her comment in the comments section of Pranit's video and hoped people would see the good in him. She further added that:
"God bless you, I'm sure you will be back with brilliant content. stay strong stay mindful.”

Kunickaa Sadanand had even reshared an Instagram Story where her support for Pranit More has now come to light. She has an old connection with Pranit as she has reportedly known him since Bigg Boss 19 days. Kunickaa and Pranit were remembered for their humble equation in the Salman Khan-hosted reality show. Kunickaa did agree that Pranit had committed a mistake and shared that, at times, roasting can also make a comedian carry away.

Pranit More took to his social media feed to issue an apology for his comment on the Rs. 370 biryani video. He shared an apology on his Instagram after it was reportedly suspended. Some reports mention that the comedian had deactivated the same. Pranit admitted to being carried away during the comedy interaction and revealed that the backlash was something that he deserved. "I wanted to address this issue for a long time, but I couldn’t because my Instagram account was suspended. You must have seen the crowd-work video for which I have been receiving a lot of hate. And rightly so. I deserve this criticism because during that crowd interaction, I made multiple derogatory remarks. People laughed, and I got carried away. It was a lapse in judgment.”
Pranit, in the clip, further acknowledged that he could have handled the situation very differently. He said that it was a huge mistake. He could have stopped it or taken a stand, but instead, he gave it a platform where it was celebrated.
