Pete Davidson Struggled To Sell USD 2 Million Home He Shared With GF, Elsie Hewitt Before Split

Pete Davidson's reported breakup with model, Elsie Hewitt has once again brought attention to his personal life. In fact, his luxury real estate property, which he allegedly tried to sell for months before his breakup, has also become public. For those unaware, the former SNF star had been living in North Salem, New York home with Elsie around the time of their whirlwind romance and their daughter's birthday. However, just five months after becoming parents, reports suggest that the couple had separated. At the same time, Pete has allegedly reduced the property's price in the hope of finding a quick buyer.

Pete Davidson has reportedly reduced the price of his luxury home

According to Page Six, Pete Davidson initially listed his massive North Salem property for USD 2.495 million on February 14, 2026. However, he allegedly struggled to find buyers. Now, some reports suggest he has reduced the asking price several times to ensure the home sells quickly. Public reports cited by the outlet suggest that the comedian initially lowered the price to USD 2.275 million on March 9, 2026. But now he has made another reduction to USD 2.150 million on April 27, 2026. 

Despite the major price reduction, the home is reportedly still unsold. Interestingly, Pete first tried to sell the property in September 2025 for USD 3.5 million. But when that effort failed, he briefly rented the residence again for USD 15,000. Yet, the comedian has relisted the place. Notably, the home is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom mansion on six acres. It features several luxury amenities and is described as "a truly magical setting" with a scenic pond, terraced gardens, a sauna, a gym, a hot tub, and more.

Pete Davidson first purchased the North Salem property in June 2023 for nearly USD 2 million. But when he began dating Elsie Hewitt in 2025, it became the couple's main residence. The model often shared photos from inside the home as she spent time with Pete, along with shots of the countryside. She had shared glimpses of their gourmet kitchen and their scenic outdoor space. Sharing why he loved living away from New York's chaos, Pete told Mansion Global:

"It's literally like living in paradise. The thing I hated about living in the city all the time was waking up to so much noise. In North Salem, I would wake up naturally, and I wouldn't feel a thing; it was the most special feeling."

Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt reportedly began dating in March 2025 after they met through mutual friends. Soon their romance turned public after their PDA filled vacation in Palm Beach went viral. A few months later, the couple made their official red carpet debut at the Blossom Ball in New York City. However, a major turning point in their bond came in July 2025, when Elsie announced her pregnancy. Eventually, the couple welcomed their daughter, Scottie Rose Hewitt in December 12, 2026.

Reports claim Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt broke up

Although Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt initially appeared happy together, later reports suggested that they were facing relationship struggles. According to a recent report by The Sun, Pete Davidson's busy work schedule has reportedly caused tension between them after the birth of their daughter. In turn, an insider claimed that the couple is now 100% focused on looking after their daughter, Scottie. However, neither Pete nor Elsie has directly commented on it. In the source's words:

"Pete has been traveling so much for work, but Elsie was craving more support from him at home after their daughter was born."
