A popular telly world actor, Pearl V Puri had shot to fame after his appearance in the daily soap, Phir Bhi Na Maane... Badtameez Dil on Star Plus. He had garnered a huge fan base in no time after stepping into the Hindi television industry. He has worked in several famous shows like Naagin 3, Bepanah Pyaar, and Brahmarakshas 2 after his debut. However, off lately things have been a little rough for the actor.

As we’re all aware, Pearl was arrested by the Mumbai Police on June 4, 2021, for some serious allegations. He was accused by the father of a minor girl of rape and molestation. Pearl’s lawyer had applied for his bail on June 7, 2021. However, after this accusation had received a firm contradiction from the girl’s mother, the bail hearing was re-scheduled.
On June 15, 2021, Pearl V Puri was granted bail by the Vasai Sessions Court. Many of his colleagues expressed a sigh of relief on releasing Pearl from Thane jail. The actor’s Naagin 3 co-star, Karishma Tanna was one out of the many, who reacted to the news of Pearl’s bail. During a chit-chat with Pinkvilla on the same day of his bail, she told them that Pearl had to get bail and also claimed that the accusations were entirely false. She said, “It feels great, and finally I would just say Satyameva Jayate because there is no truth to this, so he had to get bail.”
Karishma was also asked whether she spoke to Pearl after he was released and granted bail, to which she stated that, “No, it's in the process. It will happen in the evening.” The two of them had developed a good friendship while they shared the screen space during the shoot of Naagin 3. Karishma Tanna was very happy on hearing her friend’s release from Thane jail.

Another friend of Pearl V Puri, Krystle D’Souza also spoke about his bail to the paparazzi. She said, “Achhi baat hai, Im very happy ki usko bail mila hai. Ab dekhte hain ki court kya decide karta hai, procedure kya hota hai, lekin abhi ke liye wo bahar hai toh bahot achha hai.”
Other than these two television actresses, the Jamai Raja fame, Nia Sharma was also spotted by the paparazzi. Talking about Pearl’s bail, the actress mentioned that she doesn’t want to claim who is right and who is wrong. She said she will stand with what is right and fair. Nia gave a very subtle response to the paparazzi.
While Karishma, Krystle, and Nia were busy talking to the media about Pearl’s bail, Divya Khosla Kumar who co-starred with the actor in her song, Teri Aankhon Mein, took to her IG story and wrote, “Bail Granted @pearlvpuri Congratulations to all the various fan clubs for the immense support Have great faith on our judiciary that the entire truth will come out v soon Satyameva Jayate.”
