Recently, TMZ spotted Patrick and Rachel in an apartment in Manhattan, New York, at around 8 p.m. while Lindsay's murder trial was on a break.
The outlet shared photos of the couple and revealed that an eyewitness told them that things seemed tense between Patrick and Rachel. According to the source, the pair spent roughly 30 minutes on and off their phones and appeared visibly stressed as they discussed something among themselves. The onlooker might have seen the couple from a distance, as they didn't know what Patrick and Rachel were talking about.
While using his phone, Patrick was reportedly seen pacing in circles, which suggests he was worried about something. At one point, he reportedly sat down with his feet on a table and wiggled his toes, seemingly stressing about something. The witness also shared that Patrick's wife, Rachel mostly remained seated on the couch, from where she was talking and making phone calls of her own. The couple was spotted by the onlooker, probably at the forecourt of the Manhattan building.
