Reacting to her link-up rumours, Parineeti had earlier opened about it and told the Hindustan Times, "While it's a little funny because a month or two back, my best friend, Sanjana and I had gone to Dubai and when I came back, they linked me with her. There was an article about me and Sanjana saying, 'Are they more than friends?' Now, a month or so later, this has come out." She had further added, "I am used to such rumours. It's fine. I will, as always, never talk about my personal life. I will let it be. Yes, there have been many names such as Sanjana, Maneesh Sharma and more. So, everyone is there in my life. It's okay; I will only talk about my work and that's how it will remain."
And now, in an interaction with The Times of India, she was again asked about her link-up rumours with Maneesh Sharma and Charit Desai. To this, the Ishqzaade actress, giving us a hint that she isn’t single, stated, “Honestly, I am not ready to talk about my love life. Now is not the right time. It will automatically come out of me whenever it has to. Moreover, when she was further asked if she would want to get married in the near future, the star had remarked, “Yes, why not? But for me, love is more important, and I would want to get married only when I’m ready for it. Marriage doesn’t depend on any kind of timing or age, it depends on one’s mental state. If I am mentally ready for it, I will do it tomorrow. If not, I won’t do it for five years.”
Recently, when Parineeti Chopra was asked by a journalist if her sister, Priyanka Chopra’s grand wedding inspired her in any way to get married anytime soon. To which she replied, “Usne khud 36 pe shaadi ki hai! Usne jaise badi jaldi kar li. Mere paas abhi 6 saal hai at least (As if she tied the knot in a hurry! She got married at the age of 36. Wittingly reacting to such comments, Parineeti had tweeted, “Oh nooo sheeeeee Arjun Kapoor please excuse me I dont have dates .. please contact my manager @arjunk26.” On the other hand, Arjun had tweeted, “This chokra is jawaan and in no hurry to get married.... @ParineetiChopra pls wait While I age gracefully and consider my options.”
In an interaction with Mumbai Mirror, Parineeti revealed why she is so guarded about her personal life. The Kesari actress had shared, "My life is out there. My love life is the only thing that I keep to myself because I'm not ready to talk about it yet." Further hinting that she is not single, Parineeti had remarked, "I don't hide things. It's just that I'm not officially announcing anything anywhere. I'm not posting pictures or not being seen everywhere so people think I'm trying to hide it, but my friends and family know the truth.
