According to the reports, Pyari Maryam gave birth to twins on December 4, 2025, and shortly after, she passed away. Reportedly, her health suddenly worsened, and she was rushed to the hospital, where the medical team made every effort, but couldn't manage to save her. Her death was confirmed by Samaa TV and later through an official statement on her social media handle. Pyari Maryam's husband, Ahsan Ali, who is also an influencer, shared a note, stating that his wife passed away while praying for her soul's peace and strength for the family to deal with this tough time. He penned:

"May Allah grant the departed soul eternal mercy and forgiveness and bless her family with strength and patience during this heartbreaking time."

Ahsan Ali also shared a photo of his and Maryam's twin babies, and revealed that both of the newborns are safe, while asking people to refrain from spreading false rumours. Reportedly, Pyari Maryam gave birth to twin boys, and it was after she gave birth that her health condition started worsening. Maryam's death sparked a sense of sorrow around, and her fans and influencer friends have been offering condolences to the grieving family, while mourning the loss. The note from Ahsan Ali could be read as:

"Alhamdulillah, both newborn babies are completely safe. Please stay away from spreading rumors and pray for our dear Maryam."

While the actual medical condition of Pyari Maryam couldn't be verified, reports claimed that she first went into labour, and then she was admitted to the hospital. Reportedly, she had faced some complications during delivery, and after delivering her children safely, her health deteriorated, and after much effort, the influencer, who was known among her fans for her soft and humble personality, passed away.
