Pakistani actors have come to India to work in Bollywood on numerous occasions. Most of their experiences have been merry, and all have spoken very highly of the Indian fraternity. Mareeha Safdar, a native Pakistani actress, too, came to India and worked alongside industry biggies like Akshay Kumar and Boman Irani in the film, Housefull 3. The actress, in a recent interview, shared her experience of working in Bollywood and even called out actress, Nargis Fakhri for her unjust behavior.
Mareeha Safdar is a big name in Lollywood and is known for her professionalism. The actress completed her studies from the Acting School of London and then returned to Pakistan to pursue her passions, modelling and acting. Mareeha has been in dramas like Tamasha, Kaisi Aurat Hoon Main, and more.

Mareeha Safdar recently appeared in Samaa TV's popular show, Gup Shab, where she shared her experience of working with Bollywood actors in Housefull 3. She appreciated the Indian actors and called them very professional. She revealed that all the actors on the set were very friendly and sweet towards her, especially Akshay Kumar and Boman Irani. In her words:
"All the Indian actors are super professional and ahead of us for a reason. I had good camaraderie with all the actors, including Lisa, Jacqueline Fernandes and Buman Irani. All of them were super friendly except Nargis Fakhri. Akshay was nice, he was a sweetheart."
Mareeha's candid remarks revealed a simmering tension on set. While she found camaraderie with Liza and Jacqueline, her relationship with Nargis was far from cordial. Mareeha hinted at Nargis' jealousy towards her, particularly when the other cast members showed warmth towards the Pakistani beauty. Mareeha, a newcomer, felt the brunt of Nargis' resentment, making the tension palpable. Mareeha stated:
"Nargis Fakhri was thinking too much of herself, wasn't getting along with us and was kind of jealous too, she was probably thinking from where this girl (Mareehaa) has come, she was being rude and jealous towards me."

Nargis Fakhri, in a recent episode of Curly Tales' YouTube, shared a poignant detail about her heritage. Her late father was Pakistani, and her Czech Republican mother met him in New York City. The couple fell in love and soon got married and had Nargis in NYC. Nargis' upbringing in the diverse city was not without its challenges, as she navigated her identity as a mixed-race child.
