The court document filed by Means alleged that Brown has refused to return her belongings even after their long-term relationship ended.
Holly Means has alleged that she lived with Orlando Brown Jr. and their two children in his Ohio home. However, when they broke up in June 2025, the Cincinnati Bengals' star forced her out of their shared residence without notice. She claims that Brown had made her leave before she could collect all her possessions, and that even now some of her belongings are in Oklahoma and Kansas City.
Holly Means has further alleged that Orlando Brown Jr. has blocked her attempts to retrieve her personal items. She further claims that she is not even allowed to access her possessions stored in a storage unit. In the court documents, Means has stated that in January 2026, she showed up with police to collect her property, but Orlando allegedly refused to answer the door despite knowing why she was there.

Holly Means has further claimed that Orlando Brown Jr. is acting out of "anger and spite" over their breakup and her decision to move back to Oregon with their children. Amid the aftermath of their bitter breakup, Means has now filed a lawsuit for civil theft and is seeking more than USD 25,000 in damages. In the lawsuit, she has also demanded that the NFL player return her property and pay punitive damages.
The document concluded with Holly Means claiming that Orlando Brown Jr. acted with "ill will or a spirit of revenge." On the other hand, the Cincinnati Bengals player has denied all wrongdoing his ex-girlfriend accuses him of. In fact, he is claiming that Means showed up at his residence unannounced after he asked her not to. Brown also argues that she abandoned the property by leaving it behind after their split and seeks dismissal with prejudice.
Talking about the former couple, Orlando Brown Jr. and Holly Means were together for several years and even welcomed two children together.
