Nupur Sanon Reveals Kriti Sanon Convinced The Family For Her Interfaith Marriage With Stebin Ben

Bollywood actress, Kriti Sanon's younger sister, Nupur Sanon recently tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend and musician, Stebin Ben. For the unversed, the two got married in a dreamy and intimate wedding ceremony held in Udaipur with both Hindu and Christian traditions. However, Nupur has now opened up about her wedding and how the Mimi actress, Kriti played an important role in her marriage.

Recently, newlyweds, Nupur Sanon and Stebin Ben had a conversation with ETimes, in which they opened up about their interfaith marriage. Nupur mentioned that she had never attended a Christian marriage before. Later, Stebin Ben opened up about his vows and explained that he tried to focus more on choosing each other for life, togetherness, love and commitment. Talking about their marriage, Nupur was quoted as saying:

"We blend our cultures beautifully."

During the same conversation, Nupur Sanon mentioned that her sister, Kriti was the first one to know about their relationship. Nupur shared that when she started dating Stebin, he had just started his career and because of the same, her parents were not sure of the musician. However, Nupur revealed that it was Kriti Sanon, who vouched for Stebin and convinced the entire family. Nupur further stated that Stebin has a charming personality, because of which he ends up impressing everyone. Nupur Sanon shared:

"She was a little unsure, like most mothers, cautious about seriousness and the future."

During the same conversation with ETimes, Nupur and Stebin also opened up about the experience of having a Christian and Hindu wedding ceremony. Talking about the sangeet, Nupur Sanon explained that the Do Patti actress made sure that all the dance performances of the ladki-wale were perfectly planned. For the unversed, Nupur danced with her sister, Kriti and actor, Varun Sharma. Adding to that, her husband, Stebin Ben mentioned that his favourite performance was of Sonu Nigam and Sukhbir.

On January 11, 2025, the duo had a Hindu wedding ceremony. Nupur looked nothing less than an angel in a Manish Malhotra orange lehenga with statement jewellery. The musician wore an embroidered sherwani with pearl details and a turban.
