Now, North left her parents super proud as she headlined a solo concert at The Vic Theatre in Chicago on September 7, 2026. Kanye and Kim have been facing flak on social media over the last few days after one of North's videos went viral, which kept people hooked on her 'new nose'. North West already grabs people's attention with her fashion choices, be it for her blue hair, piercings, or tattoos.
A few days ago, North's video highlighted her 'new nose', which got people talking. A section of netizens started questioning the same. Several assumptions were being made about North; however, she has not opened up about the same as of now.
People also started bashing Kanye and Kim and alleged that they were being 'neglectful' towards North and ruining her childhood. Did North West get bridge-piercing?
A few days ago, North sat down for an interview with Dazed and addressed criticism of her style. She questioned why boys are not questioned about the bad stuff like vaping, while she has been questioned about her only wishes for blue hair and a piercing.
In the same interview, the 13-year-old was also asked what she likes most about piercings, which has become a signature style of Kim's daughter. North feels piercings 'make you your full self'. She also expressed her willingness to get her nose bridge pierced; however, she also mentioned that she's not allowed to do so.
North didn't reveal who or what reasons there are for her not being allowed to have the piercing. It was in January 2026 when North sparked bridge-piercing speculations after uploading a TikTok video featuring the same.
However, Vogue at the time revealed that the jewelry was probably fake, as it had not been consistent in her other videos. The publication also noted that North often experimented with temporary piercings on her face, and the bridge one was probably a fake, which the 13-year-old confirmed during her Dazed interview, stating that she's not allowed to do the same.
North West's mom called herself a 'fashion police' who doesn't hold back when it comes to sharing her raw opinion on fashion choices. Her mom is also on her list of critics. As North moves forward with her music career, she was asked about it during an interview with Dazed, and she revealed that it's something she's passionate about.
North was asked to wait as well, given that she started her career so early; however, she thinks it's the worst advice that one can give to someone. In the same interview, North said that she wants to get a 'regular job'. She will turn 14 next year, and according to her, she will possibly get a job at Starbucks.
