Following this, Eduquity Technology filed Rs. 2.5 crore defamation case against him, citing that he used misleading information to malign their reputation.

Nitish then spoke about the same and revealed that his video contained data that was widely available in the public domain. Before this, Nitish claimed that he was banned in Pakistan. According to the reports, he made a video on Balochistan. Reportedly, following his ban, he took to his YouTube channel and shared a screenshot of a YouTube restriction that showed a request from the Pakistani government. There are several videos that Nitish posted, which crossed more than 50 million views.
