Nita Ambani stunned in a Paithani saree for one of the looks during the first-year celebration of Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre. The saree has been handwoven by artisans from Maharashtra alongside the collaboration of Reliance's brand, Swadesh. The peacock blue-coloured saree featured pure gold zari works and intricate floral and bird motifs reminiscent of the Ajanta Caves. In addition, the saree has a recurring motif of the lotus (Kamal Pushpa), which is based on the themes of the famed cave murals. Indeed, the saree was an unique piece, worth drooling for.

Altogether, Nita looked resplendent for the day.

During the 71st Miss World pageant, Nita Ambani was honoured with the 'Humanitarian Award' for her philanthropic work. However, it was her look for the day that was also simply unmissable. For the night, Nita opted for a black-hued handloom saree, crafted by Swadesh in collaboration with the ace designer, Manish Malhotra. The saree featured silver threadwork all over it, and Nita teamed it with a classy pair of earrings, a bangle, and a bajubandh. As per reports, the bajubandh was actually a kalgi of the Mughal emperor, Shah Jahan, and it came with a whopping amount of Rs. 200 crores.

Nita Ambani once wore a Kanchipuram saree featuring son, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's name initials

Nita Ambani has a huge collection of sarees. Among one of them, which she wore during a function at the three-day-long pre-wedding soiree for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, she made a small gesture for the to-be-wedded duo. For the Reliance dinner, Nita donned a red-hued Kanchipuram saree, which was again crafted by the Swadesh artisans. It featured a heavily embroidered border alongside vertical panels. However, the main attraction of the piece of the ensemble was that in its borders, we could spot the name initials of Anant and Radhika, written in Devnagri, and it was unmissable.
