Recently, popular and much-celebrated singer, Niall Horan appeared on The Edge Breakfast, during which he candidly spoke about his ex-bandmate, Harry Styles and his wedding with Zoe Kravitz. The singer revealed that he will not be going to the wedding. He further stated that the reason behind the same is because he is busy. Niall Horan was quoted as saying:

"Alright, no, no, no. I am not going if that’s what you are asking. I’m a busy man. I’ve got a couple of mates of mine that are getting married so that’s going to be very fun."

Was there a rift between Harry Styles and Niall Horan?

While nothing has been confirmed, there were rumours that Niall and Harry did have problems between them. It all began when some eagle-eyed fans noticed that they have never been snapped together, ever since the band, One Direction broke. Some netizens also felt that Harry was the reason behind the split; however, nothing seems to be confirmed. At that time, an insider shared:

"When one member of a former group becomes one of the biggest solo stars in the world, it changes the dynamic completely. There’s a lot of pride involved and, if we’re being honest, some bruised egos too. It has quietly fueled resentment for a long time."

In 2024, when One Direction member, Liam Payne tragically passed away, the ex-band members came close and kept their alleged rifts aside. However, in the past few months, Niall has publicly appreciated Harry Styles and his successful music career. In February 2026, Niall appreciated Harry Styles’ album, Aperture and stated, "I’m delighted for him! It’s a great song. Obviously a completely like change of sound but yeah it’s a banger, isn’t it? It’s going to be great live."
